Thanh V inox (angle bar): ti\u1ebft di\u1ec7n d\u1ea1ng ch\u1eef V, g\u00f3c vu\u00f4ng; lo\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00e1nh v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ec1u.<br \/>\n  &#8211; La \u0111\u00fac inox (flat bar): ti\u1ebft di\u1ec7n ch\u1eef nh\u1eadt, b\u1ec1 d\u00e0y l\u1edbn, d\u00f9ng l\u00e0m b\u1ea3n m\u00e3, g\u00e2n t\u0103ng c\u1ee9ng, n\u1eb9p k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u.<br \/>\n&#8211; Quy tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t:<br \/>\n  &#8211; C\u00e1n n\u00f3ng\/\u0111\u00fac \u2013 \u1ee7 \u2013 t\u1ea9y g\u1ec9 (HRAP) cho k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u ch\u1ecbu l\u1ef1c.<br \/>\n  &#8211; K\u00e9o ngu\u1ed9i, b\u00f3c v\u1ecf (peeled\/turned) ho\u1eb7c m\u00e0i t\u00e2m (centerless ground) cho \u0111\u1ed9 ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c, b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t s\u00e1ng.<br \/>\n  &#8211; U\u1ed1n\/d\u1eadp t\u1eeb b\u0103ng t\u1ea5m cho m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 thanh V nh\u1eb9; la c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 x\u1ebb b\u0103ng ho\u1eb7c c\u1eaft laser t\u1eeb t\u1ea5m khi c\u1ea7n quy c\u00e1ch \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n th\u00f4ng d\u1ee5ng:<br \/>\n  &#8211; ASTM A276\/A479 (thanh inox c\u00e1n\/nhi\u1ec7t luy\u1ec7n cho c\u01a1 kh\u00ed, \u00e1p l\u1ef1c).<br \/>\n  &#8211; ASTM A484 (dung sai h\u00ecnh h\u1ecdc v\u00e0 b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t cho thanh kh\u00f4ng g\u1ec9).<br \/>\n  &#8211; JIS G4303, EN 10088-3 (t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng).<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t: \u0111en c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng (black), t\u1ea9y g\u1ec9 (pickled), s\u00e1ng k\u00e9o ngu\u1ed9i (bright drawn), m\u00e0i b\u00f3ng 180\u2013320#, ground tolerance.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-1-lap-tron-inox-round-bar\">L\u00e1p tr\u00f2n inox (Round bar)<\/h2>\n<h3>K\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh th\u00f4ng d\u1ee5ng: \u00d83\u2013\u00d8300 mm; chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n 6 m (c\u00f3 c\u1eaft l\u1ebb theo y\u00eau c\u1ea7u).<br \/>\n&#8211; Dung sai:<br \/>\n  &#8211; C\u00e1n n\u00f3ng: theo ASTM A484 (dung sai \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh t\u0103ng theo c\u1ee1, \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1eb3ng th\u01b0\u1eddng \u22641\u20132 mm\/m).<br \/>\n  &#8211; K\u00e9o ngu\u1ed9i\/s\u00e1ng: dung sai ch\u1eb7t h\u01a1n, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t c\u1ea5p h9\u2013h11; tr\u1ee5c m\u00e0i c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u1edbi h7\/g6 cho l\u1eafp gh\u00e9p ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c.<br \/>\n&#8211; B\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t: black\/pickled cho k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u; bright\/peeled\/ground cho chi ti\u1ebft quay, y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ma s\u00e1t th\u1ea5p.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e1c th\u00e9p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ecdn nhi\u1ec1u<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 201 (Cr\u2013Mn\u2013Ni th\u1ea5p): chi ph\u00ed th\u1ea5p, d\u00f9ng trong nh\u00e0, \u00edt \u0103n m\u00f2n.<br \/>\n&#8211; 304\/304L: \u0111a d\u1ee5ng nh\u1ea5t, th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m\/n\u01b0\u1edbc s\u1ea1ch, d\u1ec5 h\u00e0n; 304L gi\u1ea3m nguy c\u01a1 h\u00f3a b\u1ec1n v\u00f9ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng nhi\u1ec7t.<br \/>\n&#8211; 316\/316L: c\u00f3 Mo, ch\u1ecbu clorua t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n (ven bi\u1ec3n, h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t nh\u1eb9).<br \/>\n&#8211; 310S: ch\u1ecbu nhi\u1ec7t cao ~800\u20131050\u00b0C, l\u00f2 s\u1ea5y, \u1ed1ng kh\u00f3i.<br \/>\n&#8211; 303\/430F\/416 (free-machining): ti\u1ec7n phay d\u1ec5, nh\u01b0ng kh\u00e1ng g\u1ec9 k\u00e9m h\u01a1n 304\/316; ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p bulong, fitting kh\u00f4.<br \/>\n&#8211; 410\/420: c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u00f4i c\u1ee9ng (HRC cao), d\u00f9ng tr\u1ee5c ch\u1ecbu m\u00e0i m\u00f2n, dao c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p; ch\u1ed1ng g\u1ec9 k\u00e9m h\u01a1n 304.<br \/>\n&#8211; 430: ferritic, t\u1eeb t\u00ednh, trong nh\u00e0\/\u0111\u1ed3 gia d\u1ee5ng.<\/p>\n<h3>\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Tr\u1ee5c truy\u1ec1n, tr\u1ee5c b\u01a1m, ch\u1ed1t \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ecb, b\u1ea1c l\u00f3t, bulong\/ty ren, puly, tr\u1ed1ng cu\u1ed1n, con l\u0103n.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ng\u00e0nh th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m\/\u0111\u1ed3 u\u1ed1ng: 304\/316 cho tr\u1ee5c, ch\u00e2n \u0111\u1ee1, v\u00edt t\u1ea3i.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng bi\u1ec3n\/h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t nh\u1eb9: 316L cho tr\u1ee5c b\u01a1m, ch\u1ed1t b\u1ea3n l\u1ec1 ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi.<br \/>\n&#8211; Nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao: 310S cho ch\u1ed1t treo\/\u0111\u1ee1 trong l\u00f2.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u01b0u \u00fd gia c\u00f4ng c\u01a1 kh\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Inox austenit (304\/316) h\u00f3a b\u1ec1n ngu\u1ed9i: c\u1eaft g\u1ecdt b\u1eb1ng m\u1ea3nh dao carbide, t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 c\u1eaft ti\u1ec7n 40\u201380 m\/ph\u00fat; H\u00e0n: 304\/304L d\u00f9ng ER308L; 316\/316L d\u00f9ng ER316L; che kh\u00ed m\u1eb7t sau (back purging) khi h\u00e0n k\u00edn; t\u1ea9y m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n + passivate.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-thanh-v-inox-angle-bar\">Thanh V inox (Angle bar)<\/h2>\n<h3>Ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i v\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; V \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00e1nh (equal angle) v\u00e0 V kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00e1nh (unequal angle).<br \/>\n&#8211; S\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t:<br \/>\n  &#8211; C\u00e1n n\u00f3ng HRAP: g\u00f3c bo tr\u00f2n, c\u01a1 t\u00ednh t\u1ed1t, th\u1eb3ng \u0111\u1ec1u; K\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc th\u00f4ng d\u1ee5ng: t\u1eeb V20\u00d720\u00d73 \u0111\u1ebfn V150\u00d7150\u00d712 mm; chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i 6 m (c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1eb7t 3\u201312 m t\u00f9y l\u00f4).<br \/>\n&#8211; Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n: ASTM A276\/A484 (c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng), EN 10056 (h\u00ecnh h\u1ecdc g\u00f3c); n\u1ebfu u\u1ed1n t\u1eeb t\u1ea5m, v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u theo ASTM A240.<\/p>\n<h3>\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng ti\u00eau bi\u1ec3u<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Khung, gi\u1eb1ng m\u00e1i, gi\u00e1 \u0111\u1ee1, thang c\u00e1p, khung m\u00e1y, lan can, c\u1ea7u thang, \u0111\u00f3ng t\u00e0u.<br \/>\n&#8211; 304 cho n\u1ed9i ngo\u1ea1i th\u1ea5t, 316 cho ven bi\u1ec3n\/h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i, 201 cho trong nh\u00e0 kh\u00f4 ho\u1eb7c khung nh\u1eb9.<br \/>\n&#8211; K\u1ebft c\u1ea5u n\u1eb7ng\/ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi n\u00ean \u01b0u ti\u00ean V c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o b\u00e1n k\u00ednh g\u00f3c v\u00e0 c\u01a1 t\u00ednh ch\u1ecbu xo\u1eafn, u\u1ed1n.<\/p>\n<h3>Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt khi l\u1eafp d\u1ef1ng<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211;
