Kh\u00f4ng tr\u1ed9n l\u1eabn h\u1ec7 ren.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-1-phuong-phap-1-han-ong-inox\">Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p 1: H\u00e0n \u1ed1ng Inox<\/h2>\n<h3>Khi n\u00e0o ch\u1ecdn h\u00e0n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ed1ng c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh, y\u00eau c\u1ea7u \u0111\u1ed9 k\u00edn cao, ch\u1ed1ng r\u00f2 r\u1ec9 l\u00e2u d\u00e0i.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c1p l\u1ef1c\/ nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh DN50 tr\u1edf l\u00ean.<br \/>\n&#8211; Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u v\u1ec7 sinh cao (th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m \u2013 d\u01b0\u1ee3c, d\u00f9ng h\u00e0n orbital v\u00e0 inert purge).<\/p>\n<h3>Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 v\u1eadt t\u01b0 li\u00ean quan<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u1ed0ng: ASTM A312 (seamless\/ERW), \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y Sch10\/40.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ph\u1ee5 ki\u1ec7n h\u00e0n \u0111\u1ed1i \u0111\u1ea7u (butt-weld): ASME B16.9, v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u ASTM A403 (WP304\/304L, WP316\/316L).<br \/>\n&#8211; V\u1eadt li\u1ec7u h\u00e0n: ER308L\/ER316L (GTAW\/TIG, GMAW\/MIG), E308L-16\/E316L-16 (SMAW).<br \/>\n&#8211; Ki\u1ec3m tra: VT, PT, RT\/UT khi c\u1ea7n; th\u1eed k\u00edn th\u1ee7y l\u1ef1c 1.5\u00d7 \u00e1p l\u1ef1c thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 h\u00e0n khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; TIG\/GTAW cho m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n ch\u00e2n v\u00e0 c\u00e1c h\u1ec7 v\u1ec7 sinh; MIG\/GMAW cho n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t cao; SMAW cho c\u00f4ng tr\u01b0\u1eddng.<br \/>\n&#8211; Back purging (argon 99.99%) \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh ch\u00e1y \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng (sugaring) b\u00ean trong. Oxy-acetylene kh\u00f4ng khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb cho Inox.<br \/>\n&#8211; Gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n nhi\u1ec7t: ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o nhi\u1ec7t, gi\u1eef nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 gi\u1eefa l\u1edbp <150\u00b0C \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh nh\u1ea1y b\u00ec (sensitization).\n- \u01afu ti\u00ean th\u00e9p kh\u00f4ng g\u1ec9 \u201cL\u201d (304L\/316L) v\u00e0 que d\u00e2y \u201cL\u201d \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m k\u1ebft t\u1ee7a cacbit.\n\n\n\n<h3>Quy tr\u00ecnh l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t \u2013 t\u1eebng b\u01b0\u1edbc<\/h3>\n<p>1) Chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb m\u00e9p v\u00e1t theo ASME B16.25; l\u00e0m s\u1ea1ch d\u1ea7u\/m\u1ee1.<br \/>\n2) C\u0103n ch\u1ec9nh, t\u1ea1o khe h\u1edf g\u1ed1c 1\u20131.5 mm; c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0i m\u1ed1i tack.<br \/>\n3) L\u1eafp \u0111\u00ea ch\u1eafn kh\u00ed (purge dam), x\u1ea3 kh\u00ed \u0111\u1ebfn O2 < 0.1% (d\u00f9ng \u0111o O2).  \n4) H\u00e0n ch\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng TIG, sau \u0111\u00f3 h\u00e0n l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7 (TIG\/MIG\/SMAW).  \n5) T\u1ea9y m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n: pickling + passivation \u0111\u1ec3 lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf heat tint v\u00e0 ph\u1ee5c h\u1ed3i m\u00e0ng th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng.  \n6) Ki\u1ec3m tra NDT (PT cho b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t), th\u1eed k\u00edn (hydro 1.5\u00d7; ho\u1eb7c kh\u00ed n\u00e9n ~1.1\u00d7 v\u1edbi bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p an to\u00e0n).  \n\n\n\n<h3>\u01afu \u2013 nh\u01b0\u1ee3c \u2013 ph\u1ea1m vi<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u01afu \u0111i\u1ec3m: k\u00edn b\u1ec1n, ch\u1ecbu rung\/va \u0111\u1eadp t\u1ed1t, gi\u1ea3m m\u1ed1i n\u1ed1i \u2192 gi\u1ea3m nguy c\u01a1 r\u00f2 r\u1ec9.<br \/>\n&#8211; Nh\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec3m: kh\u00f3 th\u00e1o l\u1eafp, y\u00eau c\u1ea7u th\u1ee3 l\u00e0nh ngh\u1ec1, c\u1ea7n kh\u00ed b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 v\u00e0 x\u1eed l\u00fd b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ph\u1ea1m vi \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh:<br \/>\n  + \u00c1p l\u1ef1c: ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p t\u1eeb trung b\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ebfn cao (t\u00f9y Sch).<br \/>\n  + Nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9: -196\u00b0C \u0111\u1ebfn ~400\u00b0C (v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u 304\/316; xem gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3).<br \/>\n  + K\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc: hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 nh\u1ea5t DN25\u2013DN1200.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u1ed7i th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p khi h\u00e0n Inox v\u00e0 c\u00e1ch kh\u1eafc ph\u1ee5c<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Kh\u00f4ng purge ho\u1eb7c purge k\u00e9m \u2192 m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n ch\u00e1y \u0111en, \u0103n m\u00f2n khe: lu\u00f4n back purge, ki\u1ec3m tra O2.<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u00f9ng que 308 cho v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u 316 \u2192 gi\u1ea3m ch\u1ed1ng \u0103n m\u00f2n: ch\u1ecdn ER316L cho 316\/316L.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kh\u00f4ng t\u1ea9y\/passivation sau h\u00e0n \u2192 hoen g\u1ec9: b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c x\u1eed l\u00fd b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t.<br \/>\n&#8211; N\u1ee9t n\u00f3ng v\u00e0 b\u00e1m k\u1eb9t (galling) bul\u00f4ng t\u1ea1m: d\u00f9ng ch\u1ed1ng k\u1eb9t g\u1ed1c niken.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-phuong-phap-2-noi-ren-threaded\">Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p 2: N\u1ed1i ren (Threaded)<\/h2>\n<h3>Khi n\u00e0o ch\u1ecdn ren<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh nh\u1ecf (th\u01b0\u1eddng \u2264 DN50).<br \/>\n&#8211; L\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t nhanh, chi ph\u00ed th\u1ea5p, b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec \u0111\u01a1n gi\u1ea3n.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c1p l\u1ef1c trung b\u00ecnh\u2013th\u1ea5p, h\u1ec7 d\u00e2n d\u1ee5ng\/ti\u1ec7n \u00edch, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ed1ng ph\u1ee5 tr\u1ee3.<\/p>\n<h3>Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n h\u1ec7 ren<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; NPT (ASME B1.20.1): ren c\u00f4n g\u00f3c 60\u00b0, t\u1ef1 l\u00e0m k\u00edn b\u1eb1ng v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u tr\u00e1m.<br \/>\n&#8211; BSPT\/BSPP (ISO 7\/1, EN 10226): BSPT c\u00f4n 55\u00b0, BSPP th\u1eb3ng c\u1ea7n gio\u0103ng\/\u0111\u1ec7m.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kh\u00f4ng gh\u00e9p NPT v\u1edbi BSPT\/BSPP. Ch\u1ecdn \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9 h\u1ec7 ren cho to\u00e0n tuy\u1ebfn.<\/p>\n<h3>V\u1eadt t\u01b0 v\u00e0 l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t chu\u1ea9n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Ph\u1ee5 ki\u1ec7n ren: ASME B16.11 (r\u00e8n), ch\u1ea5t li\u1ec7u ASTM A182 F304\/F316.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ch\u1ea5t tr\u00e1m: b\u0103ng PTFE m\u1eadt \u0111\u1ed9 cao ho\u1eb7c keo kh\u00f3a ren PTFE; tr\u00e1nh d\u00f9ng keo k\u00e9m ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ch\u1ed1ng k\u1eb9t (galling) tr\u00ean Inox: b\u00f4i anti-seize ch\u1ee9a niken\/moly.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00f4-men si\u1ebft: si\u1ebft v\u1eeba \u0111\u1ee7, kh\u00f4ng d\u00f9ng \u1ed1ng n\u1ed1i d\u00e0i qu\u00e1 m\u1ee9c; th\u1eed k\u00edn sau khi si\u1ebft.<\/p>\n<h3>\u01afu \u2013 nh\u01b0\u1ee3c \u2013 ph\u1ea1m vi<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Nh\u1ea7m h\u1ec7 ren \u2192 r\u00f2 r\u1ec9: x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh NPT\/BSP tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi mua.<br \/>\n&#8211; Qu\u00e1 nhi\u1ec1u\/\u00edt b\u0103ng PTFE: qu\u1ea5n 6\u201310 v\u00f2ng, \u0111\u1ec1u tay, theo chi\u1ec1u ren.<br \/>\n&#8211; Si\u1ebft qu\u00e1 l\u1ef1c \u2192 n\u1ee9t ph\u1ee5 ki\u1ec7n m\u1ecfng: d\u00f9ng c\u1edd-l\u00ea \u0111\u00fang c\u1ee1, si\u1ebft theo khuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1o.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ed1ng k\u1eb9t \u2192 h\u01b0 ren: lu\u00f4n b\u00f4i anti-seize tr\u00ean ren Inox.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-3-phuong-phap-3-noi-bich-flanged\">Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p 3: N\u1ed1i b\u00edch (Flanged)<\/h2>\n<h3>Khi n\u00e0o ch\u1ecdn b\u00edch<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; V\u1eadt li\u1ec7u: ASTM A182 F304\/304L, F316\/316L.<br \/>\n&#8211; Gio\u0103ng: CNAF cho n\u01b0\u1edbc\/d\u1ea7u; PTFE\/EPDM cho th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m; graphite cho h\u01a1i\/ nhi\u1ec7t cao; spiral wound SS316+PTFE\/graphite cho \u00e1p cao.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bul\u00f4ng\/\u0111ai \u1ed1c: ASTM A193 B8\/B8M v\u00e0 A194 8\/8M; b\u00f4i anti-seize.<\/p>\n<h3>Quy tr\u00ecnh l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t \u2013 \u0111\u1ea1t k\u00edn b\u1ec1n<\/h3>\n<p>1) Ki\u1ec3m tra m\u1eb7t b\u00edch: ph\u1eb3ng, kh\u00f4ng x\u01b0\u1edbc s\u00e2u; \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u00e1m 125\u2013250 AARH (RF).<br \/>\n2) Ch\u1ecdn gio\u0103ng \u0111\u00fang l\u1edbp \u00e1p, v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u t\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00edch l\u01b0u ch\u1ea5t.<br \/>\n3) C\u0103n \u0111\u1ed3ng t\u00e2m \u1ed1ng v\u00e0 b\u00edch;
