B\u00e0i vi\u1ebft n\u00e0y cung c\u1ea5p g\u00f3c nh\u00ecn k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt, ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n, c\u00e1ch ch\u1ecdn m\u00e1c inox, quy tr\u00ecnh gia c\u00f4ng \u2013 ph\u1ee7 PVD \u0111\u00fang, chi ph\u00ed tham kh\u1ea3o v\u00e0 c\u00e1c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf \u0111\u1ec3 b\u1ea1n ra quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh nhanh, chu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 t\u1ed1i \u01b0u ng\u00e2n s\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-0-pvd-tren-khung-inox-la-gi-va-vi-sao-dang-chon\">PVD tr\u00ean khung inox l\u00e0 g\u00ec v\u00e0 v\u00ec sao \u0111\u00e1ng ch\u1ecdn?<\/h2>\n<p>PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 ph\u1ee7 ch\u00e2n kh\u00f4ng, b\u1ed1c h\u01a1i ho\u1eb7c ph\u00fan x\u1ea1 v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u (TiN, ZrN, CrN, TiCN\u2026) l\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t inox \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o l\u1edbp m\u00e0u kim lo\u1ea1i b\u1ec1n, m\u1ecfng, b\u00e1m d\u00ednh cao.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; C\u01a1 ch\u1ebf l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7:<br \/>\n  &#8211; H\u1ed3 quang (arc evaporation): h\u1ea1t ph\u1ee7 n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao, \u0111\u1ed9 b\u00e1m t\u1ed1t, t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 cao; b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u1ea5m t\u1ea5m vi h\u1ea1t n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t t\u1ed1t.<br \/>\n  &#8211; Ph\u00fan x\u1ea1 magnetron (sputtering): l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7 m\u1ecbn, \u0111\u1ed3ng m\u00e0u, ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t m\u00e0u s\u1eafc \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh; t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 ch\u1eadm h\u01a1n.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 d\u00e0y \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u01b0ng: 0,3\u20130,8 \u00b5m cho trang tr\u00ed; 1,0\u20132,5 \u00b5m cho l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7 cao c\u1ea5p ch\u1ed1ng m\u00e0i m\u00f2n. \u1ea2nh h\u01b0\u1edfng k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc g\u1ea7n nh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00e0u s\u1eafc ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn: v\u00e0ng champagne (TiN), v\u00e0ng h\u1ed3ng\/rose gold (TiCN), \u0111en kh\u00f3i\/\u0111en gun metal (CrN\/Graphite-like), \u0111\u1ed3ng\/bronze, titan x\u00e1m. N\u00ean quy \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u1eabu chu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 dung sai m\u00e0u (v\u00ed d\u1ee5 \u0394E*ab \u2264 1,0) khi \u0111\u1eb7t l\u00f4.<\/p>\n<p>So v\u1edbi gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p kh\u00e1c:<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u1ea1 \u0111i\u1ec7n (Cr\/Ni): b\u00f3ng nh\u01b0ng nguy c\u01a1 bong tr\u00f3c, \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m Cr6+; kh\u00f4ng ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p \u1ed1ng h\u1ed9p inox \u0111\u00e3 ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n cao c\u1ea5p.<br \/>\n&#8211; S\u01a1n t\u0129nh \u0111i\u1ec7n: nhi\u1ec1u m\u00e0u nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ea1t chi\u1ec1u s\u00e2u kim lo\u1ea1i, d\u1ec5 tr\u1ea7y h\u01a1n, kh\u00f3 t\u1ea1o hi\u1ec7u \u1ee9ng g\u01b0\u01a1ng 8K.<br \/>\n&#8211; Nh\u00f4m anod: nh\u1eb9, r\u1ebb nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u1ed9 c\u1ee9ng \u2013 ch\u1ed1ng x\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 c\u1ea3m quan \u201ckim kh\u00ed sang\u201d k\u00e9m PVD tr\u00ean inox.<\/p>\n<p>K\u1ebft lu\u1eadn: PVD tr\u00ean inox cho m\u00e0u kim lo\u1ea1i th\u1eadt, ch\u1ed1ng x\u01b0\u1edbc t\u1ed1t, th\u00e2n thi\u1ec7n m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng, ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t cao c\u1ea5p, kh\u00e1ch s\u1ea1n, b\u00e1n l\u1ebb, nh\u00e0 \u1edf hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ea1i.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-1-do-ben-thong-so-ky-thuat-can-biet\">\u0110\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n: th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt c\u1ea7n bi\u1ebft<\/h2>\n<h3>Ch\u1ed1ng x\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 m\u00e0i m\u00f2n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 c\u1ee9ng l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7:<br \/>\n  &#8211; TiN\/ZrN: ~1.500\u20132.500 HV (nanoindentation).<br \/>\n  &#8211; CrN: ~1.000\u20131.800 HV.<br \/>\n  &#8211; Inox n\u1ec1n 304: ~180\u2013220 HV.<br \/>\n&#8211; Th\u1eed b\u00e1m d\u00ednh\/\u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7 th\u01b0\u1eddng tham chi\u1ebfu: VDI 3198 (Rockwell C indentation), ISO 9211-4 (scratch), ki\u1ec3m tra b\u0103ng d\u00ednh t\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1eddng (cross-hatch\/tape test) v\u00e0 Taber cho m\u00e0i m\u00f2n.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00dd ngh\u0129a th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf: khung b\u00e0n\/k\u1ec7 \u00edt tr\u1ea7y x\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 \u201cb\u1ea1c m\u00e0u\u201d khi va qu\u1ec7t nh\u1eb9; v\u1edbi va \u0111\u1eadp s\u1eafc c\u1ea1nh v\u1eabn c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 x\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u1ebfn n\u1ec1n.<\/p>\n<h3>Ch\u1ed1ng \u0103n m\u00f2n<\/h3>\n<p>L\u1edbp PVD mang t\u00ednh tr\u01a1, nh\u01b0ng \u0103n m\u00f2n ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu v\u00e0o m\u00e1c inox n\u1ec1n v\u00e0 ti\u1ec1n x\u1eed l\u00fd (m\u00e0i, th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u00f3a).<br \/>\n&#8211; Kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu mu\u1ed1i s\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u00f9 (ASTM B117) tham kh\u1ea3o khi quy tr\u00ecnh t\u1ed1t:<br \/>\n  &#8211; 304 ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n hairline: ~96\u2013240 gi\u1edd kh\u00f4ng r\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecf.<br \/>\n  &#8211; 304 g\u01b0\u01a1ng 8K: ~240\u2013500 gi\u1edd.<br \/>\n  &#8211; 316 g\u01b0\u01a1ng 8K: ~500\u20131.000+ gi\u1edd.<br \/>\n&#8211; Khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb m\u00e1c theo m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng:<br \/>\n  &#8211; Kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed kh\u00f4, v\u0103n ph\u00f2ng\/kh\u00e1ch s\u1ea1n: 304 \u0111\u1ee7 d\u00f9ng.<br \/>\n  &#8211; B\u1ebfp, ph\u00f2ng t\u1eafm \u1ea9m, g\u1ea7n bi\u1ec3n ho\u1eb7c h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i: 316 n\u00ean \u01b0u ti\u00ean.<br \/>\n  &#8211; Tr\u00e1nh 201 cho khu v\u1ef1c \u1ea9m\/ion Cl-, v\u00ec d\u1ec5 \u201ctea staining\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>\u1ed4n \u0111\u1ecbnh nhi\u1ec7t, UV v\u00e0 h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u1ed4n \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u00e0u \u0111\u1ebfn ~300\u2013400\u00b0C (\u0111\u1ee7 cho n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t).<br \/>\n&#8211; UV \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh do l\u00e0 l\u1edbp g\u1ed1m kim lo\u1ea1i v\u00f4 c\u01a1.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tr\u00e1nh ti\u1ebfp x\u00fac d\u00e0i v\u1edbi clo\/axit m\u1ea1nh\/ki\u1ec1m > pH 11; d\u00f9ng ch\u1ea5t t\u1ea9y pH trung t\u00ednh. C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u1ee7 th\u00eam l\u1edbp ch\u1ed1ng v\u00e2n tay (AF) nano \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf b\u00e1m b\u1ea9n.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-chon-vat-lieu-va-hoan-thien-nen\">Ch\u1ecdn v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u v\u00e0 ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n n\u1ec1n<\/h2>\n<h3>M\u00e1c inox: 201, 304 hay 316?<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 201: chi ph\u00ed th\u1ea5p, \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n \u0103n m\u00f2n h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf; d\u00f9ng cho \u0111\u1ed3 kh\u00f4 trong nh\u00e0, \u00edt ti\u1ebfp x\u00fac \u1ea9m; t\u1eeb t\u00ednh nh\u1eb9 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n.<br \/>\n&#8211; 304: c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng b\u1ec1n \u0103n m\u00f2n \u2013 gi\u00e1; ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n cho n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t PVD.<br \/>\n&#8211; 316\/316L: Mo t\u0103ng ch\u1ed1ng r\u1ed7 pitting, ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p \u1ea9m\/n\u01b0\u1edbc mu\u1ed1i\/\u0111\u1ed3 v\u1ec7 sinh cao c\u1ea5p; gi\u00e1 cao h\u01a1n ~15\u201330% so 304.<\/p>\n<h3>Ti\u1ebft di\u1ec7n khung v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u1ed3 n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t nh\u1eb9 (b\u00e0n tr\u00e0\/gh\u1ebf\/console): \u1ed1ng h\u1ed9p 20\u00d720\u201325\u00d725 mm, d\u00e0y 0,8\u20131,2 mm.<br \/>\n&#8211; K\u1ec7 tr\u01b0ng b\u00e0y, b\u0103ng d\u00e0i: 30\u00d730\u201340\u00d720 mm, d\u00e0y 1,2\u20131,5 mm.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tay v\u1ecbn\/v\u00e1ch k\u00ednh trong nh\u00e0: 38\u201350 mm tr\u00f2n ho\u1eb7c 40\u00d740 mm h\u1ed9p, d\u00e0y 1,5\u20132,0 mm.<br \/>\n&#8211; G\u1ee3i \u00fd: th\u00eam g\u00e2n\/gi\u1eb1ng \u1ea9n \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m v\u00f5ng; d\u00f9ng ch\u00e2n t\u0103ng ch\u1ec9nh \u0111\u1ec3 c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng m\u1eb7t s\u00e0n.<\/p>\n<h3>Ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n tr\u01b0\u1edbc PVD<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Hairline (HL\/No.4 Ra ~0,2\u20130,4 \u00b5m): sang tr\u1ecdng, \u00edt l\u1ed9 v\u00e2n tay, m\u00e0u PVD tr\u1ea7m.<br \/>\n&#8211; G\u01b0\u01a1ng 8K: ph\u1ea3n chi\u1ebfu m\u1ea1nh, m\u00e0u PVD \u201cs\u00e2u\u201d v\u00e0 sang; d\u1ec5 th\u1ea5y v\u00e2n tay, n\u00ean k\u00e8m AF.<br \/>\n&#8211; Quy t\u1eafc v\u00e0ng: ch\u1ea5t n\u1ec1n c\u00e0ng ph\u1eb3ng \u2013 s\u1ea1ch \u2013 th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u00f3a t\u1ed1t, l\u1edbp PVD c\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ec1u v\u00e0 b\u1ec1n.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-3-quy-trinh-gia-cong-dung-cho-khung-inox-ma-pvd\">Quy tr\u00ecnh gia c\u00f4ng \u0111\u00fang cho khung inox m\u1ea1 PVD<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf:<br \/>\n  &#8211; T\u1ed1i \u01b0u v\u1ecb tr\u00ed m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n \u1edf m\u1eb7t khu\u1ea5t; bo c\u1ea1nh R\u22650,5 mm \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ec1u.<br \/>\n  &#8211; Ch\u1eeba dung sai l\u1eafp (0,3\u20130,5 mm) t\u1ea1i v\u1ecb tr\u00ed l\u1eafp k\u00ednh\/g\u1ed7; l\u1edbp PVD m\u1ecfng nh\u01b0ng keo\/\u0111\u1ec7m c\u1ea7n kh\u00f4ng gian.<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u1eaft \u2013 h\u00e0n:<br \/>\n  &#8211; C\u1eaft ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c, ch\u1ed1ng bavia.
