gi\u00e3n n\u1edf nhi\u1ec7t do chu k\u1ef3 ng\u00e0y\/\u0111\u00eam.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng: theo ISO 9223, Vi\u1ec7t Nam ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn C3 (\u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb\/trong \u0111\u1ea5t li\u1ec1n), C4\u2013C5 (ven bi\u1ec3n 0\u20135 km), v\u00e0 CX (offshore\/s\u00f3ng b\u1eafn).<br \/>\n&#8211; 2205 \u2248 450\u2013550 MPa; 2507 \u2248 550 MPa.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 gi\u00e3n n\u1edf nhi\u1ec7t: austenitic ~16\u201317 \u00b5m\/m\u00b7K; duplex ~13 \u00b5m\/m\u00b7K; nh\u00f4m ~23 \u00b5m\/m\u00b7K.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e0m \u00fd:<br \/>\n&#8211; Khu v\u1ef1c c\u00e0ng nhi\u1ec5m mu\u1ed1i, c\u00e0ng c\u1ea7n PREN cao (316L, 2205, 2507).<br \/>\n&#8211; Duplex cho ph\u00e9p gi\u1ea3m chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y\/kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng nh\u1edd c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 cao, h\u1eefu \u00edch cho c\u1ed9t, d\u1ea7m ch\u1ecbu gi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-lua-chon-mac-inox-theo-moi-truong-khuyen-nghi-thuc\">L\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn m\u00e1c inox theo m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng (khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb th\u1ef1c h\u00e0nh)<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Khu v\u1ef1c C2\u2013C3 (n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba, \u00edt chloride): 304L cho k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u v\u00e0 ph\u1ee5 ki\u1ec7n; bu l\u00f4ng A2-70.<br \/>\n&#8211; C4 (ven bi\u1ec3n 1\u20135 km, c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p): 316L cho k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u, k\u1eb9p; bu l\u00f4ng A4-70\/A4-80; 2205 cho chi ti\u1ebft h\u1edf s\u00f3ng, phun s\u01b0\u01a1ng mu\u1ed1i m\u1ea1nh.<br \/>\n&#8211; C5 (ven bi\u1ec3n 0\u20131 km, b\u1ebfn c\u1ea3ng): 2205 cho k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u ch\u00ednh, 316L cho chi ti\u1ebft \u00edt l\u1ed9; bu l\u00f4ng 2205\/1.4462 ho\u1eb7c A4-80 cao c\u1ea5p; c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc 2507 cho splash zone.<br \/>\n&#8211; CX (offshore\/s\u00f3ng b\u1eafn li\u00ean t\u1ee5c): 2507 cho chi ti\u1ebft ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi; 2205 t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u cho k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u; 316L ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu d\u00f9ng b\u00ean trong, kh\u00f4ng tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp ph\u01a1i m\u1eb7n.<\/p>\n<p>L\u01b0u \u00fd:<br \/>\n&#8211; Tr\u00e1nh 201\/430 cho h\u1ea1ng m\u1ee5c ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi c\u1ee7a PV\/gi\u00f3 do k\u00e9m kh\u00e1ng chloride.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u01afu ti\u00ean c\u1ea5p L (304L\/316L) \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m h\u00f3a v\u00f9ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng nhi\u1ec7t khi h\u00e0n.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-3-ung-dung-cu-the-khung-pin-mat-troi-pv\">\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3: Khung pin m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi (PV)<\/h2>\n<h3>C\u00e1c h\u1ea1ng m\u1ee5c d\u00f9ng inox<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; C\u1ed9t, x\u00e0, thanh rail \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00ecnh ngu\u1ed9i.<br \/>\n&#8211; K\u1eb9p gi\u1eefa, k\u1eb9p bi\u00ean, g\u00e1 ti\u1ebfp \u0111\u1ecba.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bu l\u00f4ng \u2013 \u0111ai \u1ed1c, thanh ren, long \u0111\u1ec1n, m\u00e1ng c\u00e1p, thang c\u00e1p.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ph\u1ee5 ki\u1ec7n m\u00e1i, ch\u00e2n \u0111\u1ebf carport, tr\u1ea1m inverter \u2013 t\u1ee7 ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi.<\/p>\n<h3>Ch\u1ecdn v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u v\u00e0 khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; K\u1ebft c\u1ea5u ch\u00ednh:<br \/>\n  &#8211; N\u00f4ng th\u00f4n\/n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba C2\u2013C3: 304L, b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t 2B\/No.2D ho\u1eb7c phun bi nh\u1eb9; chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 2.0 mm cho profile ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi.<br \/>\n  &#8211; Ven bi\u1ec3n C4: 316L cho rail\/k\u1eb9p; 2205 cho c\u1ed9t ti\u1ebfp x\u00fac m\u01b0a gi\u00f3 tr\u1ef1c di\u1ec7n.<br \/>\n  &#8211; S\u00e1t bi\u1ec3n C5: 2205 cho c\u1ed9t, gi\u1eb1ng; 316L c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 d\u00f9ng cho k\u1eb9p n\u1ebfu thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf tr\u00e1nh k\u1ebd h\u1edf, c\u00f3 tho\u00e1t n\u01b0\u1edbc.<br \/>\n&#8211; Li\u00ean k\u1ebft:<br \/>\n  &#8211; Bu l\u00f4ng A2-70 (304) cho C2\u2013C3; A4-70\/80 (316) cho C4\u2013C5; 1.4462\/2205 cho C5\/CX.<br \/>\n  &#8211; D\u00f9ng keo ch\u1ed1ng k\u1eb9t (anti-galling) g\u1ed1c MoS2 ho\u1eb7c PTFE cho ren inox; m\u00f4-men si\u1ebft theo nh\u00e0 SX.<br \/>\n&#8211; Gh\u00e9p v\u1edbi nh\u00f4m module:<br \/>\n  &#8211; B\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec7m c\u00e1ch \u0111i\u1ec7n (EPDM, PA66) gi\u1eefa inox v\u00e0 nh\u00f4m \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh \u0103n m\u00f2n \u0111i\u1ec7n h\u00f3a.<br \/>\n  &#8211; n\u1ebfu b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c, b\u1ecbt k\u00edn b\u1eb1ng sealant trung t\u00ednh.<\/p>\n<h3>So s\u00e1nh v\u1edbi th\u00e9p m\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm nh\u00fang n\u00f3ng (HDG)<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; HDG th\u01b0\u1eddng kinh t\u1ebf h\u01a1n ban \u0111\u1ea7u cho C2\u2013C3; nh\u01b0ng t\u1ea1i C4\u2013C5, t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 ti\u00eau hao k\u1ebdm cao d\u1eabn t\u1edbi s\u01a1n\/ph\u1ee7 l\u1ea1i sau 8\u201312 n\u0103m.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 316L\/2205 c\u00f3 chi ph\u00ed \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 cao h\u01a1n 10\u201330% t\u00f9y c\u1ea5u ki\u1ec7n, nh\u01b0ng gi\u1ea3m l\u1edbn b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec, kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n ph\u1ee7 l\u1ea1i, \u00edt d\u1eebng h\u1ec7. T\u1ed5ng chi ph\u00ed v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi 25 n\u0103m th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n 10\u201320% \u1edf C4\u2013C5.<\/p>\n<h3>Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n li\u00ean quan<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; ISO 9223\/9224: ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i v\u00e0 \u01b0\u1edbc t\u00ednh \u0103n m\u00f2n kh\u00ed quy\u1ec3n.<br \/>\n&#8211; IEC 62548: l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t m\u1ea3ng PV (y\u00eau c\u1ea7u c\u01a1 h\u1ecdc v\u00e0 \u0103n m\u00f2n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u\/fastener).<br \/>\n&#8211; TCVN 2737 v\u00e0 QCVN 02: t\u1ea3i tr\u1ecdng gi\u00f3; \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng ki\u1ec3m tra n\u1ed9i l\u1ef1c khi ch\u1ecdn ti\u1ebft di\u1ec7n inox.<br \/>\n&#8211; ASTM A240 (t\u1ea5m\/cu\u1ed9n inox), ASTM A312 (\u1ed1ng), EN 10088 (m\u00e1c inox), ISO 3506 (c\u1ea5p b\u1ec1n bul\u00f4ng inox).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-4-ung-dung-cu-the-tua-bin-gio\">\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3: Tua-bin gi\u00f3<\/h2>\n<h3>H\u1ea1ng m\u1ee5c d\u00f9ng inox<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Offshore\/onshore: thang, s\u00e0n thao t\u00e1c, lan can trong th\u00e1p \u2013 316L.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bul\u00f4ng\/ty ren cho khu v\u1ef1c splash ho\u1eb7c b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t kh\u00f3 ph\u1ee7 l\u1ea1i \u2013 2205\/2507.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u1eb7t b\u00edch ph\u1ee5 tr\u1ee3, gi\u00e1 \u0111\u1ee1 \u1ed1ng c\u00e1p, m\u00e1ng c\u00e1p \u2013 316L\/2205.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u1ed0ng th\u1ee7y l\u1ef1c, ch\u1ee9a d\u1ea7u, h\u1ec7 l\u00e0m m\u00e1t \u2013 316L.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u1ed9p \u0111i\u1ec7n, t\u1ee7 ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi \u2013 316L\/304L \u0111\u00e1nh b\u00f3ng m\u1ecbn \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m b\u00e1m mu\u1ed1i.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0110\u1eb7c th\u00f9 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; M\u1ecfi v\u00e0 rung: \u01b0u ti\u00ean duplex 2205 cho chi ti\u1ebft v\u1eeba ch\u1ecbu \u0103n m\u00f2n v\u1eeba ch\u1ecbu m\u1ecfi nh\u1edd gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n ch\u1ea3y cao.<br \/>\n&#8211; Splash zone: s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng 2205\/2507, m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n d\u00f9ng que\/d\u00e2y 2209 ho\u1eb7c t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng; x\u1eed l\u00fd pickling \u2013 passivation sau h\u00e0n.<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 catot c\u1ee7a k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u th\u00e9p carbon: ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ti\u1ebfp x\u00fac \u0111i\u1ec7n, d\u00f9ng c\u00e1ch \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i m\u1ed1i gh\u00e9p \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh d\u00f2ng k\u00fd sinh.<\/p>\n<h3>Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n v\u00e0 quy ph\u1ea1m<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; IEC 61400-1\/-3: y\u00eau c\u1ea7u thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf tua-bin gi\u00f3 onshore\/offshore.<br \/>\n&#8211; DNVGL-ST-0126 v\u00e0 DNV-RP-C203: k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u, m\u1ecfi trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng bi\u1ec3n.<br \/>\n&#8211; ISO 12944: b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 s\u01a1n; d\u00f9ng khi ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p inox v\u00e0 th\u00e9p ph\u1ee7.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-5-thiet-ke-va-gia-cong-inox-cho-moi-truong-ngoai-tro\">Thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf v\u00e0 gia c\u00f4ng inox cho m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; H\u00e0n: d\u00f9ng c\u1ea5p L (304L\/316L) \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m h\u00f3a; que\/d\u00e2y 308L cho 304L, 316L cho 316L, 2209 cho 2205.
