ASTM A480\/A480M: Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u chung cho inox d\u1eb9t (plate, sheet, strip) \u2013 bao g\u1ed3m dung sai k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u1eb3ng cho inox c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng\/c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i.<br \/>\n&#8211; JIS G 4304 (c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng) v\u00e0 JIS G 4305 (c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i): B\u1ea3ng dung sai theo d\u1ea3i chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y\/kh\u1ed5 r\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; ISO 9445-1 (c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng) v\u00e0 ISO 9445-2 (c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i): Dung sai k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 h\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng cho d\u1ea3i r\u1ed9ng (wide strip) v\u00e0 t\u1ea5m c\u1eaft ra t\u1eeb cu\u1ed9n.<br \/>\n&#8211; (Tham kh\u1ea3o b\u1ed5 sung) EN 10051\/EN 10131: Th\u01b0\u1eddng t\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00edch khi xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u sang EU.<\/p>\n<p>L\u01b0u \u00fd: M\u1ed7i chu\u1ea9n c\u00f3 b\u1ea3ng dung sai ri\u00eang theo:<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u1ea1ng s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m: c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i (2B\/BA) vs c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng (No.1).<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y v\u00e0 kh\u1ed5 r\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00e9p cu\u1ed9n: m\u00e9p c\u00e1n (mill edge) vs m\u00e9p x\u1ebb (slit edge).<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u1ea5p dung sai (ISO 9445 c\u00f3 Class A\/B\/C \u2013 B l\u00e0 ch\u1eb7t h\u01a1n A; C l\u00e0 r\u1ea5t ch\u1eb7t, \u00edt nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y gi\u1eef s\u1eb5n).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-nguyen-tac-doc-dung-sai-do-day\">Nguy\u00ean t\u1eafc \u0111\u1ecdc dung sai \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Dung sai \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y bi\u1ec3u di\u1ec5n d\u1ea1ng \u00b1x mm so v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y danh \u0111\u1ecbnh, thay \u0111\u1ed5i theo d\u1ea3i d\u00e0y v\u00e0 kh\u1ed5 r\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; Chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng: th\u01b0\u1eddng \u00b11.0\u20132.0 mm cho kh\u1ed5 1000\u20131500 mm (t\u00f9y ISO\/ASTM\/JIS v\u00e0 d\u00e2y chuy\u1ec1n c\u1eaft).<br \/>\n&#8211; Chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i: \u00b12.0\u20133.0 mm ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn v\u1edbi t\u1ea5m <4 mm; t\u1ea5m d\u00e0y h\u01a1n dung sai l\u1edbn h\u01a1n.\n- \u0110\u1ed9 ph\u1eb3ng (flatness): 5\u201310 mm\/m (CR) v\u00e0 8\u201315 mm\/m (HR) l\u00e0 m\u1ee9c th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng; xem b\u1ea3ng flatness trong ASTM A480\/ISO 9445.\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"toc-4-vi-du-tinh-nhanh-dung-sai-va-anh-huong-khoi-luong\">V\u00ed d\u1ee5 t\u00ednh nhanh dung sai v\u00e0 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng<\/h2>\n<p>B\u00e0i to\u00e1n: Cu\u1ed9n 2B 304, 1.50 \u00d7 1219 mm, theo ISO 9445-2 Class A, m\u00e9p x\u1ebb.<br \/>\n&#8211; Dung sai \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y: gi\u1ea3 s\u1eed \u00b10.05 mm \u2192 d th\u1ef1c t\u1eeb 1.45 \u0111\u1ebfn 1.55 mm.<br \/>\n&#8211; Dung sai chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng: gi\u1ea3 s\u1eed \u00b10.5 mm \u2192 W th\u1ef1c t\u1eeb 1218.5 \u0111\u1ebfn 1219.5 mm.<br \/>\n&#8211;
