V\u1edbi t\u1ea5m c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i 1\u20133 mm, dung sai th\u01b0\u1eddng \u00b10.07\u20130.09 mm (ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y v\u00e0 chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng). Lu\u00f4n so v\u1edbi MTC\/Spec \u0111\u00e3 th\u1ecfa thu\u1eadn.<br \/>\n&#8211; R\u1ed9ng\/d\u00e0i: th\u01b0\u1edbc cu\u1ed9n sai s\u1ed1 th\u1ea5p; \u0111o \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u00e9o \u0111\u1ec3 ki\u1ec3m \u201cout-of-square\u201d.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 ph\u1eb3ng\/\u0111\u1ed9 s\u00f3ng: \u0111\u1eb7t tr\u00ean b\u00e0n ph\u1eb3ng, \u0111o khe h\u1edf t\u1ed1i \u0111a b\u1eb1ng feeler gauge. Th\u1eed t\u1eeb t\u00ednh nhanh v\u00e0 PMI XRF<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Nam ch\u00e2m: 430 h\u00fat m\u1ea1nh (ferritic), 201 h\u00fat nh\u1eb9\u2013trung b\u00ecnh t\u00f9y bi\u1ebfn c\u1ee9ng; 304\/316 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 h\u01a1i h\u00fat t\u1ea1i v\u00f9ng c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i\/\u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00ecnh. Kh\u00f4ng d\u00f9ng nam ch\u00e2m l\u00e0m k\u1ebft lu\u1eadn m\u00e1c th\u00e9p.<br \/>\n&#8211; PMI XRF: \u0111\u1ecdc Ni\/Cr\/Mo\/Mn \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t 201\u2013304\u2013316\u2013430. Ng\u01b0\u1ee1ng th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf:<br \/>\n  &#8211; 304: Ni kho\u1ea3ng 8\u201310%, Cr 18\u201320%.<br \/>\n  &#8211; 316: Ni \u226510%, Cr 16\u201318%, Mo 2\u20133% (Mo l\u00e0 ch\u00eca kh\u00f3a).<br \/>\n  &#8211; 201: Ni th\u1ea5p (th\u01b0\u1eddng 1.5\u20134.5% \u1edf h\u00e0ng gi\u00e1 r\u1ebb), Mn cao.<br \/>\n  &#8211; 430: Ni \u22480, Cr 16\u201318%.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ki\u1ec3m \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 3 v\u1ecb tr\u00ed\/\u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb, t\u0103ng l\u00ean 10+ cho l\u00f4 r\u1ee7i ro cao. L\u01b0u \u1ea3nh m\u00e0n h\u00ecnh m\u00e1y PMI k\u00e8m s\u1ed1 heat.<\/p>\n<h3>B\u01b0\u1edbc 7. Ki\u1ec3m tra h\u00f3a h\u1ecdc nhanh b\u1eb1ng thu\u1ed1c th\u1eed (n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 PMI)<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Test CuSO4 ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t 304\/316 so v\u1edbi th\u00e9p carbon: b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t Inox \u0111\u00e3 t\u1ea9y d\u1ea7u s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng b\u1ecb m\u1ea1 \u0111\u1ed3ng n\u1ebfu l\u00e0 304\/316; th\u00e9p carbon s\u1ebd m\u1ea1 \u0111\u1ed3ng ngay. Kh\u00f4ng ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t 304\u2013316.<br \/>\n&#8211; Test Mo (thu\u1ed1c th\u1eed thiocyanate ho\u1eb7c kit th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i): 316 ch\u1ee9a Mo s\u1ebd \u0111\u1ed5i m\u00e0u \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u01b0ng, 304 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ed5i. Th\u1eed \u1edf v\u00f9ng nh\u1ecf, \u0111\u00e3 t\u1ea9y d\u1ea7u. Trung h\u00f2a v\u00e0 r\u1eeda s\u1ea1ch sau th\u1eed.<br \/>\n&#8211; An to\u00e0n: d\u00f9ng g\u0103ng, k\u00ednh, khay h\u1ee9ng; kh\u00f4ng th\u1eed tr\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n trang tr\u00ed n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft.<\/p>\n<h3>B\u01b0\u1edbc 8. Ki\u1ec3m tra c\u01a1 t\u00ednh\/\u0111\u1ed9 c\u1ee9ng \u0111i\u1ec3m<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; So s\u00e1nh v\u1edbi MTC (gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n ch\u1ea3y\/\u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n k\u00e9o\/\u0111\u1ed9 gi\u00e3n).
