Th\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111o v\u00e0 c\u00e1ch nh\u1eadn di\u1ec7n<\/h2>\n<h3>C\u00e1c th\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111o c\u1ed1t l\u00f5i<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; D\u1ea5u ch\u00e2n carbon (CO2e\/kg) giai \u0111o\u1ea1n A1\u2013A3: Bao g\u1ed3m khai th\u00e1c \u2013 luy\u1ec7n kim \u2013 c\u00e1n\/\u0111\u00fac s\u01a1 c\u1ea5p; c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 trong EPD theo EN 15804\/ISO 14025. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ec3 so s\u00e1nh \u201cth\u00e9p xanh\u201d.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf (pre- &#038; post-consumer): C\u00e0ng cao, ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i A1\u2013A3 c\u00e0ng th\u1ea5p n\u1ebfu d\u00f9ng l\u00f2 \u0111i\u1ec7n h\u1ed3 quang (EAF).<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u00e1i s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng\/thu h\u1ed3i cu\u1ed1i v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi: T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 thu h\u1ed3i inox cao gi\u00fap gi\u1ea3m nhu c\u1ea7u nguy\u00ean sinh \u1edf v\u00f2ng sau.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng: M\u00e1c th\u00e9p v\u00e0 ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 (\u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb, ven bi\u1ec3n, clo h\u00f3a, nhi\u1ec7t).<\/p>\n<h3>\u0110\u1eebng nh\u1ea7m \u201cr\u1ebb\u201d l\u00e0 \u201cxanh\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; C\u00e1c m\u00e1c 200-series (201\/202) gi\u1ea3m Ni n\u00ean gi\u00e1 th\u1ea5p, nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng t\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ed9ng \u201cxanh\u201d n\u1ebfu luy\u1ec7n b\u1eb1ng \u0111i\u1ec7n l\u01b0\u1edbi ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i cao ho\u1eb7c ch\u1ecdn sai m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng g\u00e2y han g\u1ec9 s\u1edbm. \u201cXanh\u201d ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh b\u1eb1ng EPD\/LCA v\u00e0 tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-cac-xu-huong-cong-nghe-lam-giam-phat-thai-inox\">C\u00e1c xu h\u01b0\u1edbng c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i inox<\/h2>\n<h3>1) Tuy\u1ebfn luy\u1ec7n kim ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i th\u1ea5p (low-carbon melt route)<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; EAF d\u00f9ng \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o + t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ebf li\u1ec7u cao, t\u1ed1i \u01b0u AOD\/VOD, thay than c\u1ed1c b\u1eb1ng sinh kh\u1ed1i\/bio-carbon \u1edf m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 c\u00f4ng \u0111o\u1ea1n.<br \/>\n&#8211; V\u00ed d\u1ee5: Outokumpu \u201cCircle Green\u201d c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 CO2e giai \u0111o\u1ea1n A1\u2013A3 th\u1ea5p t\u1edbi kho\u1ea3ng 0,5 kg CO2e\/kg, gi\u1ea3m t\u1edbi ~90% so v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c trung b\u00ecnh ng\u00e0nh kho\u1ea3ng 2,8 kg CO2e\/kg (theo c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 Outokumpu; tham chi\u1ebfu EPD). \u01afu: C\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 cao, \u0103n m\u00f2n t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng ho\u1eb7c h\u01a1n 304, gi\u1ea3m kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng 20\u201340% cho khung, gi\u1eb1ng, gi\u00e1 \u0111\u1ee1.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p 1 (304 trung b\u00ecnh ng\u00e0nh): 2,8 kg CO2e\/kg \u2192 2,8 t CO2e (A1\u2013A3).<br \/>\n&#8211; Tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p 2 (chuy\u1ec3n sang lean duplex LDX 2101 \u201clow-carbon\u201d): CO2e ~1,6 kg\/kg v\u00e0 gi\u1ea3m kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng 30% nh\u1edd c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 \u2192 kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u00f2n 700 kg \u2192 1,12 t CO2e.<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u1eaft gi\u1ea3m ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i kho\u1ea3ng 60%+, \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi t\u0103ng tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd v\u00f9ng ven bi\u1ec3n.<\/p>\n<p>L\u01b0u \u00fd: S\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u minh h\u1ecda; c\u1ea7n d\u00f9ng EPD c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 c\u1ee7a nh\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3m ch\u1ee9ng thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf \u0111\u1ec3 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh gi\u1ea3m chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf.<\/p>\n<p>Ngu\u1ed3n tham kh\u1ea3o: EPD\/LCI nh\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t, ISSF;
