V\u00ed d\u1ee5: SUS304, SUS316L. JIS quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ea3 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n h\u00f3a h\u1ecdc v\u00e0 c\u01a1 t\u00ednh cho t\u1eebng m\u00e1c theo t\u1eebng d\u1ea1ng s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m (thanh, t\u1ea5m, \u1ed1ng).<br \/>\n&#8211; AISI: American Iron and Steel Institute. \u201cAISI 304\/316\/430\u2026\u201d l\u00e0 c\u00e1ch g\u1ecdi th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i l\u00e2u \u0111\u1eddi c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c \u201cType\u201d 3 ch\u1eef s\u1ed1. T\u1eeb th\u1eadp ni\u00ean 1990, AISI kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n duy tr\u00ec danh m\u1ee5c m\u00e1c; ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i hi\u1ec7n nay do SAE\/UNS qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd, nh\u01b0ng c\u00e1ch g\u1ecdi AISI v\u1eabn ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn trong th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i.<br \/>\n&#8211; ASTM: ASTM International \u2013 c\u01a1 quan ban h\u00e0nh ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m (plate\/sheet\/pipe\/bar\u2026), quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ea5p b\u1ec1n, th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m, sai l\u1ec7ch, k\u00fd hi\u1ec7u giao h\u00e0ng. V\u00ed d\u1ee5: ASTM A240 (t\u1ea5m), ASTM A312 (\u1ed1ng). Trong t\u1eebng ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n, \u201cType 304\/316\u2026\u201d tham chi\u1ebfu sang m\u00e1c (theo UNS\/AISI).<br \/>\n&#8211; JIS: H\u1ec7 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n. C\u00e1c ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p v\u1edbi inox: JIS G4303 (thanh), G4304 (t\u1ea5m c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng), G4305 (t\u1ea5m c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i), G3459 (\u1ed1ng).<br \/>\n&#8211; UNS: Unified Numbering System \u2013 m\u00e3 v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u chu\u1ea9n qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf cho th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n h\u00f3a h\u1ecdc. V\u00ed d\u1ee5: 304 = UNS S30400; 304L = S30403; 316L = S31603. UNS gi\u00fap quy \u0111\u1ed5i \u201cngang h\u00e0ng\u201d gi\u1eefa AISI\/JIS\/EN.<br \/>\n&#8211; EN\/ISO: H\u1ec7 ch\u00e2u \u00c2u\/Qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf (EN 1.4301 \u2248 304; ISO 15510 \u0111\u1eb7t d\u1ea3i th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n h\u00f3a h\u1ecdc). Th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p trong d\u1ef1 \u00e1n FDI\/EU.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f3m l\u1ea1i: AISI\/UNS n\u00f3i v\u1ec1 \u201cm\u00e1c th\u00e9p\u201d; ASTM\/JIS n\u00f3i v\u1ec1 \u201cti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m + m\u00e1c\u201d. Th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n b\u1eb1ng AISI\/Type, JIS SUSxxx, ho\u1eb7c UNS Sxxxxx.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u201cTi\u00eau chu\u1ea9n s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m\u201d (product standard): Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh cho t\u1eebng d\u1ea1ng (t\u1ea5m, \u1ed1ng, thanh) v\u1ec1 \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n k\u00e9o, \u0111\u1ed9 c\u1ee9ng, ki\u1ec3m tra, dung sai, k\u00fd hi\u1ec7u giao h\u00e0ng\u2026 V\u00ed d\u1ee5:<br \/>\n  &#8211; T\u1ea5m\/coil: ASTM A240\/A240M; JIS G4304\/G4305.<br \/>\n  &#8211; \u1ed0ng h\u00e0n\/\u0111\u00fac: ASTM A312 (TP304\/316); JIS G3459 (SUS304\/316).<br \/>\n  &#8211; Thanh tr\u00f2n\/thanh vu\u00f4ng: ASTM A276; JIS G4303.<br \/>\nB\u1ea1n c\u1ea7n ghi r\u00f5: ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m + m\u00e1c + t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t\/nhi\u1ec7t luy\u1ec7n + k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-cach-doc-cac-ky-hieu-inox-thuong-gap\">C\u00e1ch \u0111\u1ecdc c\u00e1c k\u00fd hi\u1ec7u inox th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p<\/h2>\n<h3>AISI\/Type<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 304, 316: Austenitic (Cr-Ni). 304L\/316L: b\u1ea3n \u201cL\u201d carbon th\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ec3 d\u1ec5 h\u00e0n, gi\u1ea3m nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m \u0103n m\u00f2n k\u1ebd h\u1edf (sensitization).<br \/>\n&#8211; 430: Ferritic (Cr), t\u1eeb t\u00ednh, kh\u00f4ng\/\u00edt Ni.<br \/>\n&#8211; 410\/420: Martensitic (c\u00f3 C cao h\u01a1n, t\u00f4i ram \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c), d\u00f9ng dao k\u00e9o, tr\u1ee5c.<br \/>\n&#8211; 17-4PH (AISI 630): Th\u00e9p kh\u00f4ng g\u1ec9 h\u00f3a b\u1ec1n k\u1ebft t\u1ee7a, c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 cao.<br \/>\nL\u01b0u \u00fd: D\u00f9 g\u1ecdi \u201cAISI 304\u201d, khi ghi tr\u00ean ch\u1ee9ng ch\u1ec9 hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ea1i s\u1ebd k\u00e8m UNS (S30400).<\/p>\n<h3>JIS\/SUS<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; SUS304, SUS316, SUS430 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1edbi 304, 316, 430.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u1eadu t\u1ed1 \u201cL\u201d trong JIS (SUS304L, SUS316L) = carbon th\u1ea5p nh\u01b0 trong AISI.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 m\u00e1c JIS c\u00f3 k\u00fd t\u1ef1 b\u1ed5 sung (J1, J2\u2026) l\u00e0 bi\u1ebfn th\u1ec3 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n theo m\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch ri\u00eang; c\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ed1i chi\u1ebfu ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3.<\/p>\n<h3>ASTM<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i \u201ct\u00ean m\u00e1c\u201d m\u00e0 l\u00e0 \u201cti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m\u201d. V\u00ed d\u1ee5:<br \/>\n  &#8211; ASTM A240 Type 304: t\u1ea5m\/coil lo\u1ea1i 304.<br \/>\n  &#8211; ASTM A312 TP316L: \u1ed1ng h\u00e0n\/\u0111\u00fac lo\u1ea1i 316L (TP = Tubular Product).<br \/>\n  &#8211; ASTM A276 Type 420: thanh \u0111\u1eb7c lo\u1ea1i 420.<br \/>\nTr\u00ean MTC th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n \u201cASTM A240\/A240M \u2013 Type 304L \u2013 UNS S30403\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>UNS<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; C\u1eb7p m\u00e3 ch\u1eef-s\u1ed1, b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u b\u1eb1ng \u201cS\u201d cho inox. V\u00ed d\u1ee5:<br \/>\n  &#8211; S30400 (304), S30403 (304L), S31600 (316), S31603 (316L), S43000 (430), S41000 (410), S17400 (17-4PH).<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u00f9ng UNS khi c\u1ea7n quy \u0111\u1ecbnh ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n, tr\u00e1nh nh\u1ea7m l\u1eabn gi\u1eefa h\u1ec7 g\u1ecdi t\u00ean kh\u00e1c nhau.<\/p>\n<h3>EN\/ISO (tham kh\u1ea3o)<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; EN 1.4301 \u2248 304; 1.4307 \u2248 304L; 1.4401 \u2248 316; 1.4404 \u2248 316L; 1.4016 \u2248 430; 1.4006 \u2248 410; 1.4542 \u2248 17-4PH.<br \/>\n&#8211; K\u00fd hi\u1ec7u m\u00f4 t\u1ea3 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n: X5CrNi18-10 (304), X2CrNiMo17-12-2 (316L).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-3-quy-doi-nhanh-cac-mac-inox-pho-bien\">Quy \u0111\u1ed5i nhanh c\u00e1c m\u00e1c inox ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 304: AISI 304 \u2248 JIS SUS304 \u2248 UNS S30400 \u2248 EN 1.4301.<br \/>\n&#8211; 304L: AISI 304L \u2248 SUS304L \u2248 S30403 \u2248 1.4307.<br \/>\n&#8211; 316: AISI 316 \u2248 SUS316 \u2248 S31600 \u2248 1.4401.<br \/>\n&#8211; 316L: AISI 316L \u2248 SUS316L \u2248 S31603 \u2248 1.4404.<br \/>\n&#8211; 430: AISI 430 \u2248 SUS430 \u2248 S43000 \u2248 1.4016.<br \/>\n&#8211; 410: AISI 410 \u2248 SUS410 \u2248 S41000 \u2248 1.4006.<br \/>\n&#8211; 17-4PH: AISI 630 \u2248 SUS630 \u2248 S17400 \u2248 1.4542.<br \/>\nL\u01b0u \u00fd: \u201cT\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng\u201d d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean d\u1ea3i th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n g\u1ea7n nhau trong ISO 15510\/ASTM\/JIS.
