Gi\u00e1 th\u1ea5p, ch\u1ecbu chloride k\u00e9m.<br \/>\n&#8211; 430 (ferritic): PREN ~16\u201318. Kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 Ni, ch\u1ed1ng r\u1ed7 trung b\u00ecnh, d\u1ec5 \u1ed1 ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi \u1ea9m m\u1eb7n.<br \/>\n&#8211; 304\/304L: PREN ~18\u201319. Lu\u00f4n y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ch\u1ee9ng ch\u1ec9 MTC, ki\u1ec3m tra PMI t\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7 khi h\u1ea1ng m\u1ee5c quan tr\u1ecdng.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-so-sanh-nhanh-cac-mac-inox-theo-goc-nhin-lcc\">So s\u00e1nh nhanh c\u00e1c m\u00e1c inox theo g\u00f3c nh\u00ecn LCC<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 201: \u01afu \u0111i\u1ec3m gi\u00e1 th\u1ea5p; nh\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec3m nhanh \u1ed1\/r\u1ed7 trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ea9m, chloride; LCC th\u01b0\u1eddng cao n\u1ebfu \u0111\u1eb7t ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi ho\u1eb7c g\u1ea7n bi\u1ec3n.<br \/>\n&#8211; 430: Gi\u00e1 th\u1ea5p; d\u00f9ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t kh\u00f4. Ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi \u1ea9m m\u1eb7n d\u1ec5 \u1ed1, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 thay th\u1ebf s\u1edbm \u2192 LCC t\u0103ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; 304\/304L: T\u1ed1i \u01b0u t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3 cho n\u1ed9i\/ngo\u1ea1i th\u1ea5t \u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb xa bi\u1ec3n; LCC th\u1ea5p nh\u1edd \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec v\u1eeba ph\u1ea3i.<br \/>\n&#8211; 316\/316L: Chi ph\u00ed ban \u0111\u1ea7u +30\u201350% so 304 nh\u01b0ng gi\u1ea3m m\u1ea1nh r\u1ee7i ro r\u1ed7, d\u1eebng m\u00e1y trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u00f3 mu\u1ed1i\/h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t \u2192 LCC th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n 304 \u1edf ven bi\u1ec3n\/th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m\/h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t.<br \/>\n&#8211; Duplex 2205: Ban \u0111\u1ea7u cao, nh\u01b0ng nh\u1edd PREN cao v\u00e0 c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 l\u1edbn (gi\u1ea3m chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y), LCC r\u1ea5t c\u1ea1nh tranh trong v\u00f9ng chloride cao, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao ho\u1eb7c t\u1ea3i tr\u1ecdng l\u1edbn.<\/p>\n<p>G\u1ee3i \u00fd t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 gi\u00e1 v\u1eadt t\u01b0 tham kh\u1ea3o (bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed9ng theo th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng, ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ec3 minh h\u1ecda): 201 ~0,75\u00d7 304; 430 ~0,70\u00d7 304; 316L ~1,35\u00d7 304; 2205 ~1,7\u00d7 304. H\u00e3y s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9 c\u1eadp nh\u1eadt khi t\u00ednh LCC.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-3-phuong-phap-tinh-lcc-inox-5-buoc-thuc-hanh\">Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p t\u00ednh LCC inox: 5 b\u01b0\u1edbc th\u1ef1c h\u00e0nh<\/h2>\n<p>1) X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh v\u00e0 tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf: v\u1ecb tr\u00ed (\u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb\/ven bi\u1ec3n\/nh\u00e0 x\u01b0\u1edfng), m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng (chloride, pH, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9), y\u00eau c\u1ea7u v\u1ec7 sinh (th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m\/GMP).<br \/>\n2) L\u1eadp s\u01a1 \u0111\u1ed3 h\u1ecfng h\u00f3c (FMEA): r\u1ed7 k\u1ebd, n\u1ee9t do \u1ee9ng su\u1ea5t, \u1ed1 b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t, m\u1ecfi m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n, \u0103n m\u00f2n k\u1ebd gi\u1eefa inox v\u00e0 th\u00e9p carbon.<br \/>\n3) \u01af\u1edbc l\u01b0\u1ee3ng chi ph\u00ed: \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0, v\u1ec7 sinh \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3, passivation, s\u1eeda ch\u1eefa, thay th\u1ebf, d\u1eebng m\u00e1y (chi ph\u00ed\/ng\u00e0y).<br \/>\n4) Ch\u1ecdn l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t chi\u1ebft kh\u1ea5u r h\u1ee3p l\u00fd (v\u00ed d\u1ee5 8%) v\u00e0 th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n N (th\u01b0\u1eddng 10\u201320 n\u0103m).<br \/>\n5) T\u00ednh NPV, ch\u1ea1y ph\u00e2n t\u00edch nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m (gi\u00e1 v\u1eadt t\u01b0 \u00b115%, kho\u1ea3ng c\u00e1ch \u0111\u1ebfn bi\u1ec3n, t\u1ea7n su\u1ea5t v\u1ec7 sinh) \u0111\u1ec3 ki\u1ec3m tra \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-4-vi-du-tinh-lcc-npv-voi-so-lieu-viet-nam\">V\u00ed d\u1ee5 t\u00ednh LCC (NPV) v\u1edbi s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u Vi\u1ec7t Nam<\/h2>\n<p>L\u01b0u \u00fd: C\u00e1c s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u sau \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 gi\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ecbnh minh h\u1ecda \u0111\u1ec3 cho th\u1ea5y c\u00e1ch t\u00ednh v\u00e0 tr\u1eadt t\u1ef1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed1i.
