Tuy nhi\u00ean trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng chloride (ven bi\u1ec3n, s\u01b0\u01a1ng mu\u1ed1i), 304 d\u1ec5 b\u1ecb r\u1ed7 (pitting) v\u00e0 \u201c\u1ed1 tr\u00e0\u201d n\u1ebfu ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t k\u00e9m ho\u1eb7c b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u00fang.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 316\/316L (Mo\u22482\u20132.5%): t\u0103ng r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ed1ng chloride; l\u00e0 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n cho ven bi\u1ec3n, h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i n\u01b0\u1edbc m\u1eb7n, c\u1ea7u \u0111i b\u1ed9, lan can, \u1ed1c v\u00edt ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 201\/430: ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u1eb9, kh\u00f4 r\u00e1o trong nh\u00e0; kh\u00f4ng khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb cho ven bi\u1ec3n ho\u1eb7c m\u01b0a axit.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t: c\u00e0ng m\u1ecbn c\u00e0ng \u00edt b\u00e1m mu\u1ed1i\/b\u1ee5i. No.4 ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u00e1nh b\u00f3ng\/electropolish gi\u00fap gi\u1ea3m \u1ed1 tr\u00e0 \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 \u1edf v\u00f9ng bi\u1ec3n.<\/p>\n<p>L\u01b0u \u00fd: Inox b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 b\u1eb1ng l\u1edbp th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng Cr2O3 t\u1ef1 h\u1ed3i ph\u1ee5c; kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7 hy sinh. Tr\u00e1nh khe k\u1ebd, n\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u1ecdng \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m \u0103n m\u00f2n k\u1ebd h\u1edf.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u01a1 t\u00ednh, thi c\u00f4ng, b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; C\u01a1 t\u00ednh: 304\/316 c\u00f3 gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n ch\u1ea3y kho\u1ea3ng 205 MPa, \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n k\u00e9o ~515 MPa; d\u1ebbo t\u1ed1t, h\u00e0n MIG\/TIG thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i. Duplex (v\u00ed d\u1ee5 2205) cho c\u00e1c k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u ch\u1ecbu t\u1ea3i v\u00e0 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng r\u1ea5t kh\u1eafc nghi\u1ec7t (yield ~450 MPa).<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u00e0n: c\u1ea7n l\u00e0m s\u1ea1ch v\u00f9ng nhi\u1ec7t m\u00e0u (heat tint) v\u00e0 th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u00f3a (pickling\/passivation) \u0111\u1ec3 kh\u00f4i ph\u1ee5c m\u00e0ng th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; Nhi\u1ec7t gi\u00e3n n\u1edf: austenitic ~16\u201317 \u00b5m\/m\u00b7K (l\u1edbn h\u01a1n th\u00e9p carbon ~12 \u00b5m\/m\u00b7K), c\u1ea7n khe co gi\u00e3n \u1edf chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i l\u1edbn.<br \/>\n&#8211; B\u1ea3o tr\u00ec: r\u1eeda n\u01b0\u1edbc ng\u1ecdt \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 (\u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t ven bi\u1ec3n) gi\u1ea3m \u1ed1 tr\u00e0; g\u1ea7n nh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n s\u01a1n ph\u1ee7.<\/p>\n<h3>\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Lan can, tay v\u1ecbn, m\u1eb7t d\u1ef1ng, \u0111\u1ed3 ngo\u1ea1i th\u1ea5t cao c\u1ea5p.<br \/>\n&#8211; K\u1ebft c\u1ea5u, bulong\/\u00ea-cu\/\u00ea-ke \u1edf ven bi\u1ec3n, b\u1ebfn t\u00e0u; n\u1eafp che, h\u1ed9p \u0111i\u1ec7n ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng n\u01b0\u1edbc RO, x\u1eed l\u00fd n\u01b0\u1edbc, h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t nh\u1eb9.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-thep-ma-kem-ngoai-troi-diem-manh-va-gioi-han\">Th\u00e9p m\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi: \u0111i\u1ec3m m\u1ea1nh v\u00e0 gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n<\/h2>\n<h3>C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 m\u1ea1 v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y l\u1edbp k\u1ebdm<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; M\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm nh\u00fang n\u00f3ng (HDG \u2013 ISO 1461\/ASTM A123): l\u1edbp k\u1ebdm th\u01b0\u1eddng 50\u201385 \u00b5m (c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 d\u00e0y h\u01a1n v\u1edbi k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u l\u1edbn). B\u1ec1n h\u01a1n m\u1ea1 \u0111i\u1ec7n.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm \u0111i\u1ec7n (electro-galvanized) ho\u1eb7c th\u00e9p cu\u1ed9n Z275 (\u2248275 g\/m\u00b2): l\u1edbp m\u1ea1 m\u1ecfng h\u01a1n (kho\u1ea3ng 15\u201325 \u00b5m t\u1ed5ng), ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu cho t\u1ea5m\/cu\u1ed9n, th\u00edch h\u1ee3p m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u1eb9.<br \/>\n&#8211; S\u1eeda ch\u1eefa sau gia c\u00f4ng: d\u00f9ng s\u01a1n k\u1ebdm gi\u00e0u (ASTM A780) cho m\u00e9p c\u1eaft\/h\u00e0n.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0110\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n \u0103n m\u00f2n theo m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng<\/h3>\n<p>K\u1ebdm b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 hy sinh, t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 ti\u00eau hao ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng. Tham kh\u1ea3o d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ng\u00e0nh (AGA):<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba\/\u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb (C3): t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 ti\u00eau hao k\u1ebdm trung b\u00ecnh kho\u1ea3ng 1\u20132.5 \u00b5m\/n\u0103m. L\u1edbp 85 \u00b5m c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t 30\u201350 n\u0103m \u0111\u1ebfn \u201cb\u1ea3o tr\u00ec \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean\u201d.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng bi\u1ec3n (C5-M): ti\u00eau hao kho\u1ea3ng 4\u20138 \u00b5m\/n\u0103m. L\u1edbp 85 \u00b5m c\u00f3 tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd \u0111\u1ebfn b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean kho\u1ea3ng 10\u201320 n\u0103m (t\u00f9y m\u1ee9c mu\u1ed1i\/s\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u00f9).<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m SO2 (C4\u2013C5-I): t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1 ho\u1eb7c cao h\u01a1n C5-M n\u1ebfu c\u00f3 \u1ea9m li\u00ean t\u1ee5c.<\/p>\n<p>\u0110i\u1ec3m l\u01b0u \u00fd:<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u1ecdi tr\u1ea7y x\u01b0\u1edbc\/l\u00f5m s\u00e2u l\u00e0m m\u1ecfng l\u1edbp k\u1ebdm, \u0111\u1ea9y nhanh th\u1eddi gian b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec.<br \/>\n&#8211; N\u1ebfu k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u c\u00f3 khe h\u1edf, b\u1eaby n\u01b0\u1edbc, ho\u1eb7c v\u00f9ng h\u00e0n kh\u00f4ng x\u1eed l\u00fd \u0111\u00fang, tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd gi\u1ea3m \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3.<br \/>\n&#8211; V\u1edbi th\u1eddi gian d\u00e0i, g\u1ec9 tr\u1eafng\/\u0111\u1ecf xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n; c\u1ea7n v\u1ec7 sinh\/s\u01a1n ph\u1ee7 gia t\u0103ng.<\/p>\n<h3>An to\u00e0n khi thi c\u00f4ng v\u00e0 chi ti\u1ebft nh\u1ecf<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; H\u00e0n\/c\u1eaft th\u00e9p m\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm t\u1ea1o kh\u00f3i k\u1ebdm; c\u1ea7n th\u00f4ng gi\u00f3 v\u00e0 PPE \u0111\u00fang ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n. V\u00f9ng h\u00e0n ph\u1ea3i m\u00e0i s\u1ea1ch v\u00e0 s\u1eeda l\u1edbp b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 (ASTM A780).<br \/>\n&#8211; Bu l\u00f4ng\/\u1ed1c v\u00edt: d\u00f9ng m\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm nh\u00fang n\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9.
