Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p: GTAW\/TIG (chu\u1ea9n cho Inox m\u1ecfng, h\u00e0n v\u1ec7 sinh), GMAW\/MIG (n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t cao), SMAW (b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec), h\u00e0n qu\u1ef9 \u0111\u1ea1o (\u1ed1ng m\u1ecfng, d\u01b0\u1ee3c\/vi sinh).<br \/>\n&#8211; V\u1eadt li\u1ec7u \u0111i\u1ec1n: ER308L cho 304\/304L; ER316L cho 316\/316L; ER309L khi h\u00e0n kh\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i (304 v\u1edbi th\u00e9p carbon\/201).<br \/>\n&#8211; \u1ed0ng &#038; ph\u1ee5 ki\u1ec7n: ASTM A312 (\u1ed1ng), ASTM A403 (co, t\u00ea), ASTM A182 (m\u1eb7t b\u00edch Inox).<br \/>\n&#8211; Quy c\u00e1ch ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn t\u1ea1i VN: \u1ed1ng SCH10S\/SCH40S, 304\/316L.<br \/>\n&#8211; Quy ph\u1ea1m &#038; ch\u1ee9ng ch\u1ec9:<br \/>\n  &#8211; Thi c\u00f4ng: ISO 15614-1 (PQR\/WPS), ISO 9606-1 (ch\u1ee9ng ch\u1ec9 th\u1ee3 h\u00e0n), ASME B31.3\/B31.1 (thi c\u00f4ng h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u1ed1ng).<br \/>\n  &#8211; L\u00e0m s\u1ea1ch &#038; th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u00f3a: ASTM A380, ASTM A967 (t\u1ea9y g\u1ec9\/pickling, passivation).<br \/>\n  &#8211; Ki\u1ec3m tra kh\u00f4ng ph\u00e1 h\u1ee7y: VT, PT, RT, UT theo y\u00eau c\u1ea7u d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5.<\/p>\n<h3>Quy tr\u00ecnh thi c\u00f4ng khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb:<br \/>\n  &#8211; C\u1eaft\/ v\u00e1t m\u00e9p chu\u1ea9n, khe h\u1edf ch\u00e2n m\u1ed1i ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y.<br \/>\n  &#8211; L\u00e0m s\u1ea1ch d\u1ea7u m\u1ee1, b\u1ee5i, h\u1ea1t Fe (tr\u00e1nh nhi\u1ec5m b\u1ea9n th\u00e9p carbon).<br \/>\n  &#8211; L\u1eafp g\u00e1 th\u1eb3ng t\u00e2m, khe h\u1edf \u0111\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ec1u; c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111i\u1ec3m.<br \/>\n&#8211; B\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 m\u1eb7t sau (purge) b\u1eb1ng Argon:<br \/>\n  &#8211; B\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c v\u1edbi TIG v\u00e0 m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n xuy\u00ean th\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh \u201csugaring\u201d\/oxy h\u00f3a b\u00ean trong.<br \/>\n  &#8211; Ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t l\u01b0u l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 O2 d\u01b0 (v\u00ed d\u1ee5 < 50 ppm cho h\u00e0n v\u1ec7 sinh).\n- H\u00e0n:\n  - Qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd nhi\u1ec7t v\u00e0o, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 gi\u1eefa l\u1edbp (interpass) \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf bi\u1ebfn d\u1ea1ng v\u00e0 \u0103n m\u00f2n gi\u1eefa h\u1ea1t.\n  - H\u00e0n l\u1edbp ch\u00e2n, \u0111i\u1ec1n \u0111\u1ea7y v\u00e0 ph\u1ee7, \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o ng\u1ea5u \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7, m\u1eb7t trong nh\u1eb5n.\n- Ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t:\n  - Lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf x\u1ec9\/oxy h\u00f3a; t\u1ea9y g\u1ec9 (pickling) v\u00e0 th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u00f3a theo ASTM A380\/A967.\n  - \u0110\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1eb5n b\u00ean trong ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p (d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 v\u1ec7 sinh \u01b0u ti\u00ean Ra th\u1ea5p).\n- Ki\u1ec3m tra &#038; th\u1eed k\u00edn:\n  - NDT theo y\u00eau c\u1ea7u (PT cho ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n n\u1ee9t b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t, RT\/UT khi y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao).\n  - Th\u1eed th\u1ee7y l\u1ef1c\/kh\u00ed theo ASME B31.3; l\u00e0m s\u1ea1ch v\u00e0 s\u1ea5y kh\u00f4.\n\n\n\n<h3>\u01afu\/nh\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec3m &#038; l\u1ed7i th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u01afu \u0111i\u1ec3m: k\u00edn cao nh\u1ea5t, v\u1ec7 sinh t\u1ed1t, ti\u1ebft di\u1ec7n g\u1ecdn, b\u1ec1n v\u1edbi rung\/\u00e1p.<br \/>\n&#8211; Nh\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec3m: c\u1ea7n th\u1ee3 tay ngh\u1ec1 v\u00e0 thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb, bi\u1ebfn d\u1ea1ng nhi\u1ec7t, kh\u00f3 th\u00e1o l\u1eafp.<br \/>\n&#8211; L\u1ed7i th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p: kh\u00f4ng purge \u0111\u1ee7 (m\u1eb7t trong th\u00f4 r\u1ed7, d\u1ec5 \u0103n m\u00f2n), t\u1ea1p nhi\u1ec5m Fe g\u00e2y r\u1ec9 n\u00e2u, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o qu\u00e1 cao, kh\u00f4ng th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u00f3a sau h\u00e0n.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-3-noi-ren-nptbsp-nhanh-kinh-te-cho-kich-thuoc-nho\">N\u1ed1i ren (NPT\/BSP): Nhanh, kinh t\u1ebf cho k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc nh\u1ecf<\/h2>\n<h3>Chu\u1ea9n ren v\u00e0 v\u1eadt t\u01b0<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; BSPT (c\u00f4n) &#038; BSPP (tr\u1ee5) \u2013 ISO 7-1 (c\u00f4n), ISO 228-1 (tr\u1ee5); r\u1ea5t ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam\/Ch\u00e2u \u00c1.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb: DN \u2264 50, \u00e1p su\u1ea5t v\u1eeba-th\u1ea5p;
