B\u00e0i vi\u1ebft n\u00e0y t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng, c\u00e1ch t\u00ednh t\u1ea3i tr\u1ecdng, l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u \u2013 c\u1ea5u t\u1ea1o, quy tr\u00ecnh thi c\u00f4ng, nghi\u1ec7m thu v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec \u0111\u1ec3 b\u1ea1n thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf v\u00e0 thi c\u00f4ng \u201c\u0111\u00fang k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt \u2013 \u0111\u00fang kinh t\u1ebf\u201d t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-0-1-tieu-chuan-quy-chuan-bat-buoc-va-gia-tri-tham-kh\">1) Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n, quy chu\u1ea9n b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c v\u00e0 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb tham kh\u1ea3o<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Quy chu\u1ea9n Vi\u1ec7t Nam li\u00ean quan:<br \/>\n  &#8211; QCVN 04:2021\/BXD (Nh\u00e0 chung c\u01b0): lan can ban c\u00f4ng \u2265 1,4 m; khe h\u1edf \u2264 100 mm. Tay v\u1ecbn c\u1ea7u thang th\u01b0\u1eddng \u2265 1,1 m t\u00f9y lo\u1ea1i nh\u00e0 v\u00e0 v\u1ecb tr\u00ed s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng.<br \/>\n  &#8211; QCVN 06:2022\/BXD (An to\u00e0n ch\u00e1y): y\u00eau c\u1ea7u v\u1ec1 l\u1ed1i tho\u00e1t n\u1ea1n, chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng\/th\u00f4ng th\u1ee7y thang, tay v\u1ecbn li\u00ean t\u1ee5c.<br \/>\n  &#8211; TCVN 2737:1995 (T\u1ea3i tr\u1ecdng v\u00e0 t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng) \u2013 tham kh\u1ea3o khung t\u1ea3i tr\u1ecdng t\u1ed5ng qu\u00e1t cho thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb (tham kh\u1ea3o khi b\u1ea3n v\u1ebd\/\u0111i\u1ec1u kho\u1ea3n h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng y\u00eau c\u1ea7u):<br \/>\n  &#8211; EN 1991-1-1 (Eurocode): t\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng l\u00ean lan can 0,5\u20131,0\u20133,0 kN\/m t\u00f9y c\u00f4ng n\u0103ng khu v\u1ef1c.<br \/>\n  &#8211; IBC 2021: t\u1ea3i t\u1eadp trung 0,89 kN t\u1ea1i tay v\u1ecbn; t\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ec1u 0,75\u20131,0 kN\/m cho lan can khu v\u1ef1c c\u00f4ng c\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n  &#8211; V\u1eadt li\u1ec7u &#038; ch\u1ebf t\u1ea1o: ASTM A240\/A312\/A554 (th\u00e9p kh\u00f4ng g\u1ec9 t\u1ea5m\/\u1ed1ng c\u01a1 kh\u00ed), ISO 3506 (bul\u00f4ng Inox), AWS D1.6\/ISO 9606 (h\u00e0n Inox).<\/p>\n<p>Ghi ch\u00fa: \u1ede Vi\u1ec7t Nam, n\u1ebfu h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 m\u1eddi th\u1ea7u kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh chi ti\u1ebft, n\u00ean \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u QCVN 04:2021\/BXD v\u1ec1 chi\u1ec1u cao\/khe h\u1edf v\u00e0 l\u1ea5y t\u1ea3i thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf theo EN 1991-1-1 ho\u1eb7c IBC t\u00f9y c\u00f4ng n\u0103ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o an to\u00e0n.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-1-2-lua-chon-mac-inox-va-be-mat-theo-moi-truong\">2) L\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn m\u00e1c Inox v\u00e0 b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t theo m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Inox 201: d\u00f9ng cho n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t kh\u00f4, \u00edt \u0103n m\u00f2n. Kh\u00f4ng khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi, g\u1ea7n bi\u1ec3n, h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 304 (SUS304): l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n cho nh\u00e0 \u1edf, c\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh \u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba (H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i). Gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n ch\u1ea3y fy \u2248 205 MPa; Rm \u2248 515 MPa (ASTM A240).<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 316 (SUS316): d\u00f9ng cho m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng C4\u2013C5 (ISO 9223) nh\u01b0 ven bi\u1ec3n, khu c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t, h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i (clorua).<br \/>\n&#8211; Duplex 2205: c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc cho c\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh c\u00f4ng c\u1ed9ng ven bi\u1ec3n t\u1ea3i l\u1edbn\/\u0103n m\u00f2n cao.<\/p>\n<p>Ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t:<br \/>\n&#8211; Hairline\/No.4 (#240\u2013#400): ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn, che v\u1ebft x\u01b0\u1edbc nh\u1eb9, d\u1ec5 b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec.<br \/>\n&#8211; Khe h\u1edf gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c thanh\/baluster: \u2264 100 mm \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh k\u1eb9t \u0111\u1ea7u\/tr\u1ebb em.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tay v\u1ecbn:<br \/>\n  &#8211; \u0110\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh\/chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0y tay n\u1eafm: \u00d838\u201350 mm, d\u1ec5 b\u00e1m;
