Theo ISO 9223, m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng bi\u1ec3n thu\u1ed9c h\u1ea1ng C4\u2013C5 v\u00e0 CX (r\u1ea5t cao\/ngo\u1ea1i h\u1ea1ng) v\u1ec1 \u0103n m\u00f2n.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u01b0a axit\/\u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m \u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb (SOx\/NOx): th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y \u0103n m\u00f2n l\u1ed7 v\u00e0 \u1ed1 b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u1ea8m nhi\u1ec7t, m\u01b0a d\u1ea7m n\u1eafng g\u1eaft: chu k\u1ef3 \u01b0\u1edbt\/kh\u00f4 l\u00e0m t\u00edch t\u1ee5 mu\u1ed1i; tia UV kh\u00f4ng l\u00e0m h\u1ea1i inox nh\u01b0ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng ph\u1ee5 ki\u1ec7n nh\u1ef1a\/\u0111\u1ec7m.<br \/>\n&#8211; Nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t: inox b\u00f3ng g\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u1ea3n x\u1ea1 cao, \u00edt n\u00f3ng h\u01a1n s\u01a1n \u0111en; v\u1eabn c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf gi\u1ea3m b\u1ecfng khi n\u1eafng g\u1eaft.<\/p>\n<p>H\u1ec7 qu\u1ea3: ch\u1ecdn \u0111\u00fang m\u00e1c th\u00e9p, ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t m\u1ecbn, thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf tho\u00e1t n\u01b0\u1edbc kh\u00f4ng k\u1ebd h\u1edf, v\u00e0 quy tr\u00ecnh b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 l\u00e0 4 tr\u1ee5 c\u1ed9t quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-1-chon-mac-inox-cho-ban-ghe-ngoai-troi\">Ch\u1ecdn m\u00e1c inox cho b\u00e0n gh\u1ebf ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Inox 316\/316L (EN 1.4401\/1.4404, ASTM A240): ch\u1ee9a ~2\u20132.5% Mo, PREN ~24\u201326, kh\u00e1ng clorua v\u01b0\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i. Khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb cho ven bi\u1ec3n (\u22645 km) v\u00e0 c\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh cao c\u1ea5p\/h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i n\u01b0\u1edbc m\u1eb7n. \u201cL\u201d gi\u1ea3m r\u1ee7i ro nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m h\u00f3a v\u00f9ng nhi\u1ec7t \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng (HAZ) khi h\u00e0n.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 304\/304L (EN 1.4301\/1.4307): ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn, PREN ~18\u201319. Ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p khu v\u1ef1c n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba\/\u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb kh\u00f4ng mu\u1ed1i, ho\u1eb7c ven bi\u1ec3n nh\u01b0ng c\u00f3 che ch\u1eafn t\u1ed1t, ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t m\u1ecbn v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec si\u00eang n\u0103ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 201 (SUS201): c\u01a1 t\u00ednh cao, gi\u00e1 th\u1ea5p, Ni th\u1ea5p \u2013 kh\u00e1ng clorua k\u00e9m. Ch\u1ec9 c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc cho khu v\u1ef1c kh\u00f4 r\u00e1o, c\u00f3 m\u00e1i che; kh\u00f4ng khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi kh\u1eafc nghi\u1ec7t.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 430 (ferritic): r\u1ebb, t\u1eeb t\u00ednh, kh\u00e1ng \u0103n m\u00f2n k\u00e9m ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi; kh\u00f4ng khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb.<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u00ecnh hu\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t: khu tr\u1ef1c di\u1ec7n s\u00f3ng\/m\u00f9 mu\u1ed1i, c\u1ea7u c\u1ea3ng \u2013 c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc duplex 2205 cho kh\u00e1ng clorua cao, nh\u01b0ng chi ph\u00ed\/gia c\u00f4ng t\u0103ng.<\/p>\n<p>G\u1ee3i \u00fd nhanh theo m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng:<br \/>\n&#8211; N\u1ed9i \u0111\u00f4, c\u00e1ch bi\u1ec3n >10 km: 304\/304L v\u1edbi ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n m\u1ecbn, b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ven bi\u1ec3n 1\u201310 km ho\u1eb7c h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i n\u01b0\u1edbc ng\u1ecdt ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi: \u01b0u ti\u00ean 316\/316L; 304 ch\u1ec9 khi b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t r\u1ea5t m\u1ecbn (No.8\/electro-polish) v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec ch\u1eb7t.<br \/>\n&#8211; S\u00e1t bi\u1ec3n, s\u01b0\u01a1ng mu\u1ed1i th\u01b0\u1eddng xuy\u00ean, h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i n\u01b0\u1edbc m\u1eb7n: 316\/316L b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t b\u00f3ng g\u01b0\u01a1ng ho\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec7n h\u00f3a; tr\u00e1nh 304\/201.<\/p>\n<p>L\u01b0u \u00fd c\u01a1 t\u00ednh:<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 ch\u1ea3y (Rp0.2): 304L ~205\u2013215 MPa; 316L ~200\u2013205 MPa; 201 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 cao h\u01a1n nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng b\u00f9 n\u1ed5i r\u1ee7i ro \u0103n m\u00f2n ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-do-day-tiet-dien-ong-va-do-on-dinh-ket-cau\">\u0110\u1ed9 d\u00e0y, ti\u1ebft di\u1ec7n \u1ed1ng v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; \u1ed0ng trang tr\u00ed ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n ASTM A554\/JIS G3446 th\u01b0\u1eddng d\u00f9ng:<br \/>\n  &#8211; Gh\u1ebf: \u00d825\u201332 mm, d\u00e0y 1.2\u20131.5 mm cho d\u00e2n d\u1ee5ng; 1.5\u20132.0 mm cho c\u00f4ng c\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n  &#8211; B\u00e0n: ch\u00e2n \u00d832\u201338 mm ho\u1eb7c h\u1ed9p 30\u00d730\/40\u00d740 mm, d\u00e0y 1.2\u20131.5 mm (d\u00e2n d\u1ee5ng), 1.5\u20132.0 mm (c\u00f4ng c\u1ed9ng\/nh\u00e0 h\u00e0ng).<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u1ea3i tr\u1ecdng tham chi\u1ebfu:<br \/>\n  &#8211; Gh\u1ebf: t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 120 kg t\u1ea3i t\u1eadp trung v\u1edbi h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ed9ng 1.5\u20132.0; ki\u1ec3m \u0111\u1ed9 v\u00f5ng v\u00e0 dao \u0111\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n  &#8211; B\u00e0n: t\u1ea3i ph\u00e2n b\u1ed1 100\u2013150 kg, ch\u1ed1ng l\u1eadt khi gi\u00f3\/\u00f4 che.
