C\u1ea5p b\u1ec1n ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn Grade 60 (fy \u2265 420 MPa) v\u00e0 Grade 75 (fy \u2265 520 MPa), \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng rebar th\u00f4ng d\u1ee5ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; BS 6744:2016(+A1): inox thanh v\u1eb1n cho b\u00ea t\u00f4ng, l\u1edbp b\u1ec1n ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn 500 (Rp0.2 \u2265 500 MPa).<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u01a1 t\u00ednh: m\u00f4 \u0111un \u0111\u00e0n h\u1ed3i ~190\u2013200 GPa (x\u1ea5p x\u1ec9 th\u00e9p c\u00e1cbon), \u0111\u1ed9 gi\u00e3n d\u00e0i cao, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu u\u1ed1n t\u1ed1t. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn ch\u00e2u \u00c2u (v\u00ed d\u1ee5 UK NA cho EN 1992 v\u00e0 Concrete Society TR 62) cho ph\u00e9p gi\u1ea3m l\u1edbp b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 khi d\u00f9ng inox m\u00e1c cao, nh\u01b0ng ch\u1ec9 sau khi ki\u1ec3m ch\u1ee9ng b\u1eb1ng m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh khu\u1ebfch t\u00e1n clorua\/tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau.<br \/>\n&#8211; N\u1ee9t ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t: m\u00f4 \u0111un t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00e9p c\u00e1cbon n\u00ean ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t n\u1ee9t \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng nh\u01b0 th\u01b0\u1eddng; v\u1edbi austenitic c\u00f3 gi\u00e3n n\u1edf nhi\u1ec7t cao h\u01a1n, c\u1ea7n khe co gi\u00e3n v\u00e0 c\u1ea5u ki\u1ec7n h\u1ee3p l\u00fd \u1edf k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u ch\u1ecbu bi\u1ebfn thi\u00ean nhi\u1ec7t l\u1edbn.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u1ed1i ch\u1ed3ng, \u0111\u1ea7u n\u1ed1i v\u00e0 k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi th\u00e9p c\u00e1cbon<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; N\u1ed1i ch\u1ed3ng t\u00ednh to\u00e1n nh\u01b0 v\u1edbi th\u00e9p c\u00e1cbon theo ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf, d\u00f9ng chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i neo ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p l\u1edbp b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t v\u1eb1n c\u1ee7a thanh inox theo ASTM A955\/BS 6744.<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p inox \u1edf \u201ckhu v\u1ef1c nguy c\u1ea5p\u201d (v\u00f9ng b\u1eafn to\u00e9, \u0111\u1ea7u d\u1ea7m, m\u00e9p s\u00e0n, g\u00f3c bo, m\u1ed1i n\u1ed1i) v\u00e0 th\u00e9p c\u00e1cbon \u1edf khu v\u1ef1c \u00edt r\u1ee7i ro. \u0110\u1ec3 h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf \u0103n m\u00f2n galvanic khi th\u00e9p c\u00e1cbon b\u1ecb k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t, n\u00ean:<br \/>\n  &#8211; Gi\u1eef v\u00f9ng n\u1ed1i trong b\u00ea t\u00f4ng \u0111\u1eb7c ch\u1eafc, cover \u0111\u1ee7, h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf n\u1ee9t v\u00e0 th\u00e2m nh\u1eadp clorua.<br \/>\n  &#8211; \u01afu ti\u00ean d\u00f9ng n\u1ed1i c\u01a1 kh\u00ed ho\u1eb7c chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i n\u1ed1i r\u1ed9ng r\u00e3i; s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng d\u00e2y bu\u1ed9c inox ho\u1eb7c nh\u1ef1a; tr\u00e1nh ti\u1ebfp x\u00fac tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp v\u1edbi b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t th\u00e9p c\u00e1cbon tr\u1ea7n \u1edf m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ea9m m\u1eb7n.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0110\u1ea7u n\u1ed1i c\u01a1 kh\u00ed: \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c khuy\u1ebfn kh\u00edch cho thay \u0111\u1ed5i m\u00e1c th\u00e9p v\u00e0 cho \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh l\u1edbn; y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ph\u1ee5 ki\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00edch inox.<\/p>\n<h3>H\u00e0n, u\u1ed1n v\u00e0 gia c\u00f4ng<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; H\u00e0n: tu\u00e2n theo AWS D1.6 (k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u inox). D\u00f9ng v\u1eadt li\u1ec7u h\u00e0n ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p m\u00e1c (v\u00ed d\u1ee5 316L h\u00e0n filler 316L\/ER316L), ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m ho\u00e1.
