Bao g\u1ed3m dung sai \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y, chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng, chi\u1ec1u d\u00e0i, \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u1eb3ng, cong m\u00e9p\/camber, \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1eb3ng. \u00c1p d\u1ee5ng r\u1ea5t r\u1ed9ng r\u00e3i cho h\u00e0ng nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<br \/>\n&#8211; JIS G 4304 (Nh\u1eadt): Th\u00e9p kh\u00f4ng g\u1ec9 c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng t\u1ea5m\/v\u1eadt d\u1eb9t.<br \/>\n&#8211; JIS G 4305 (Nh\u1eadt): Th\u00e9p kh\u00f4ng g\u1ec9 c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i t\u1ea5m\/strip (2B\/BA\u2026).<br \/>\n&#8211; EN 10051 (EU): Dung sai v\u00e0 h\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng cho d\u1ea3i\/t\u1ea5m c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng r\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; EN 10131 (EU): Dung sai k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc, h\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng cho d\u1ea3i\/t\u1ea5m c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i.<br \/>\n&#8211; ISO 9445-1\/-2: Dung sai cho d\u1ea3i h\u1eb9p (narrow strip) c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i\/c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng \u2013 \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t h\u1eefu \u00edch cho b\u0103ng x\u1ebb cu\u1ed9n.  <\/p>\n<p>G\u1ee3i \u00fd th\u1ef1c h\u00e0nh: \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam, h\u00e0ng CR (2B\/BA) th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n dung sai theo ASTM A480 ho\u1eb7c JIS G4305; h\u00e0ng HR (No.1\/HRAP) theo ASTM A480 ho\u1eb7c EN 10051. B\u0103ng x\u1ebb h\u1eb9p tham chi\u1ebfu th\u00eam ISO 9445.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-1-nhung-yeu-to-anh-huong-den-dung-sai\">Nh\u1eefng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u1ebfn dung sai<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Quy tr\u00ecnh: C\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i (CR: 0.3\u20133.0 mm) c\u00f3 dung sai ch\u1eb7t h\u01a1n c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng (HR: \u22653 mm).<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u1ea1ng m\u00e9p: M\u00e9p nguy\u00ean nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y (mill edge) c\u00f3 dung sai chi\u1ec1u r\u1ed9ng \u201ctho\u00e1ng\u201d h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi m\u00e9p x\u1ebb\/c\u1eaft (slit\/cut edge).<br \/>\n&#8211; L\u1edbp ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n: 2B\/BA th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111i k\u00e8m dung sai d\u00e0y\/\u0111\u1ed9 ph\u1eb3ng t\u1ed1t; No.1 (HRAP) dung sai l\u1edbn h\u01a1n.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kh\u1ed5 r\u1ed9ng: T\u1ea5m\/cu\u1ed9n 1000\/1219\/1500\/1524 mm c\u00f3 quy t\u1eafc dung sai kh\u00e1c so v\u1edbi b\u0103ng x\u1ebb h\u1eb9p (20\u2013600 mm).  <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-dung-sai-do-day-tham-chieu-dien-hinh-theo-astmjise\">Dung sai \u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y \u2013 tham chi\u1ebfu \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh theo ASTM\/JIS\/EN<\/h2>\n<p>L\u01b0u \u00fd: Gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb d\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111\u00e2y mang t\u00ednh tham chi\u1ebfu \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh, ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf h\u00e0ng th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i t\u1ea1i VN.
