L\u00e0m s\u1ea1ch d\u1ea7u\/m\u1ee1, s\u01a1n, g\u1ec9 b\u1eb1ng dung m\u00f4i ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p; kh\u00f4ng d\u00f9ng b\u00e1nh m\u00e0i \u0111\u00e3 nhi\u1ec5m ch\u00e9o.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00e0i \u0111\u1ebfn b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t kim lo\u1ea1i s\u00e1ng, \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u00e1m ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p (Ra ~1\u20132 \u00b5m) cho OES; Nghi v\u1ea5n 201 tr\u00e1o 304 (Ni th\u1ea5p, Mn cao): XRF l\u00e0 \u0111\u1ee7; x\u00e1c nh\u1eadn s\u00e2u b\u1eb1ng OES.<br \/>\n&#8211; Duplex 2205\/2507: OES (\u0111o N) + \u0111o Ferrite Number;
