LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) l\u01b0\u1ee3ng h\u00f3a t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ee7a s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m trong to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi: khai th\u00e1c \u2013 luy\u1ec7n kim \u2013 gia c\u00f4ng \u2013 v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n \u2013 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng\/b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec \u2013 th\u00e1o d\u1ee1 \u2013 t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf\/x\u1eed l\u00fd cu\u1ed1i v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi.<br \/>\n&#8211; V\u1edbi inox, gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb LCA ch\u1ecbu \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng m\u1ea1nh b\u1edfi t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ebf (scrap) \u0111\u01b0a v\u00e0o l\u00f2 \u0111i\u1ec7n EAF, ngu\u1ed3n \u0111i\u1ec7n (h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i), th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n h\u1ee3p kim (Cr, Ni, Mo), v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 thu h\u1ed3i t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf \u1edf cu\u1ed1i v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi.<br \/>\n&#8211; K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 LCA gi\u00fap: l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn m\u00e1c\/thickness ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p; t\u1ed1i \u01b0u quy tr\u00ecnh gia c\u00f4ng; l\u1eadp h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 EPD; \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng ti\u00eau ch\u00ed c\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh xanh v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea5u th\u1ea7u c\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh c\u00f4ng.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-1-khung-phuong-phap-lca-ap-dung-cho-san-pham-inox\">Khung ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p LCA \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m inox<\/h2>\n<h3>Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n, \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng v\u00e0 ranh gi\u1edbi<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n n\u1ec1n: ISO 14040\/14044 (ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p LCA), EN 15804+A2:2019 (quy t\u1eafc cho s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng), ISO 14025 (EPD).<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0110\u01a1n v\u1ecb ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng (v\u00ed d\u1ee5 trong x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng): 1 kg t\u1ea5m\/\u1ed1ng\/th\u00e9p h\u00ecnh inox t\u1ea1i c\u1ed5ng nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y (A1\u2013A3), ho\u1eb7c 1 m\u00b2 \u1ed1p inox No.4 d\u00e0y 2 mm trong 50 n\u0103m tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ranh gi\u1edbi h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng theo EN 15804:<br \/>\n  \u2022 A1\u2013A3: Nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u, v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9, s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t (cradle-to-gate).<br \/>\n  \u2022 A4\u2013A5: V\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ebfn c\u00f4ng tr\u01b0\u1eddng, thi c\u00f4ng\/l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t.<br \/>\n  \u2022 B1\u2013B7: S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng, b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec, s\u1eeda ch\u1eefa, thay th\u1ebf, n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng.<br \/>\n  \u2022 C1\u2013C4: Th\u00e1o d\u1ee1, v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n ph\u1ebf, x\u1eed l\u00fd cu\u1ed1i v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi.<br \/>\n  \u2022 D: L\u1ee3i \u00edch\/t\u1ea3i tr\u1ecdng ngo\u00e0i h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng (t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf\/thu h\u1ed3i n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u1ebfu \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng).<\/p>\n<h3>Ph\u00e2n b\u1ed5 v\u00e0 m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn c\u00f3 hai c\u00e1ch:<br \/>\n  \u2022 Cut-off (EN 15804: t\u00edn ch\u1ec9 t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf \u0111\u01b0a v\u00e0o Module D, kh\u00f4ng \u201cg\u00e1n\u201d l\u1ee3i \u00edch cho s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i \u1edf A1\u2013A3).<br \/>\n  \u2022 End-of-Life (EoL): ph\u00e2n chia l\u1ee3i \u00edch gi\u1eefa s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i v\u00e0 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai t\u1eeb ph\u1ebf thu h\u1ed3i.<br \/>\n&#8211; V\u1edbi inox, do gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb ph\u1ebf cao v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 thu h\u1ed3i l\u1edbn (\u224885\u201390% \u1edf cu\u1ed1i v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi), l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ebfn k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 GWP t\u1ed5ng.<\/p>\n<h3>Ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng ch\u00ednh c\u1ea7n theo d\u00f5i<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; GWP (kg CO2e): ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i kh\u00ed nh\u00e0 k\u00ednh.<br \/>\n&#8211; AP (acidification), EP (eutrophication), POCP (ozone t\u1ea7ng th\u1ea5p), ADP (c\u1ea1n ki\u1ec7t t\u00e0i nguy\u00ean), water use.<br \/>\n&#8211; V\u1edbi d\u1ef1 \u00e1n \u01b0u ti\u00ean \u201ccarbon th\u1ea5p\u201d, GWP v\u00e0 Module D (l\u1ee3i \u00edch t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf) th\u01b0\u1eddng l\u00e0 hai ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-dong-vat-chat-nang-luong-cua-inox-qua-vong-doi\">D\u00f2ng v\u1eadt ch\u1ea5t \u2013 n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u1ee7a inox qua v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi<\/h2>\n<h3>A1\u2013A3: Luy\u1ec7n kim v\u00e0 c\u00e1n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Tuy\u1ebfn c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh: L\u00f2 \u0111i\u1ec7n h\u1ed3 quang (EAF) n\u1ea5u li\u1ec7u k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p th\u00e9p ph\u1ebf + ferrochrome (Cr) + nickel (Ni)\/ferronickel + molybdenum (Mo), sau \u0111\u00f3 tinh luy\u1ec7n AOD\/VD, \u0111\u00fac b\u00e1n th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea9m, c\u00e1n n\u00f3ng\/c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i, \u1ee7 \u2013 t\u1ea9y g\u1ec9 (pickling).<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u00e1c nh\u00e2n ch\u00ednh \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng GWP:<br \/>\n  \u2022 T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ebf \u0111\u01b0a v\u00e0o EAF (cao \u2192 GWP th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n).<br \/>\n  \u2022 Ngu\u1ed3n \u0111i\u1ec7n (l\u01b0\u1edbi than n\u1eb7ng carbon \u2192 GWP cao h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec7n kh\u00ed\/t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o).<br \/>\n  \u2022 H\u1ee3p kim: Ni, Mo, s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t ferrochrome c\u00f3 c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao.<br \/>\n&#8211; X\u1eed l\u00fd b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t (2B, BA, No.4, HL) ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i b\u1ed5 sung nh\u01b0ng th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n ph\u1ea7n luy\u1ec7n kim.<\/p>\n<h3>A4\u2013A5: V\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n \u2013 l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t \u2013 t\u1ed5n th\u1ea5t gia c\u00f4ng<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; V\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng b\u1ed9 \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh: 0,08\u20130,12 kg CO2e\/t.km (Euro 5\u20136).<br \/>\n&#8211; Gia c\u00f4ng (c\u1eaft, ch\u1ea5n, h\u00e0n): ph\u1ebf c\u1eaft 5\u201325% t\u00f9y quy c\u00e1ch; n\u00ean ph\u00e2n lu\u1ed3ng ph\u1ebf inox \u201cs\u1ea1ch\u201d \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ed1i \u0111a gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb thu h\u1ed3i v\u00e0 l\u1ee3i \u00edch LCA.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t t\u1ea9y m\u1ed1i h\u00e0n\/pasivation c\u1ea7n qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd n\u01b0\u1edbc th\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ea1t QCVN.<\/p>\n<h3>B1\u2013B7: Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Inox c\u00f3 b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec th\u1ea5p, h\u1ea7u nh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n s\u01a1n ph\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 (\u0111i\u1ec3m kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t l\u1edbn so v\u1edbi th\u00e9p carbon s\u01a1n).<br \/>\n&#8211; \u1ede m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng chloride (ven bi\u1ec3n), ch\u1ecdn \u0111\u00fang m\u00e1c (316\/duplex) nh\u1eb1m duy tr\u00ec tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf 50+ n\u0103m, gi\u1ea3m m\u1ea1nh t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng do thay th\u1ebf\/s\u1eeda ch\u1eefa.<\/p>\n<h3>C1\u2013C4 v\u00e0 D: Th\u00e1o d\u1ee1 \u2013 t\u00e1i s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u2013 t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 thu h\u1ed3i inox cu\u1ed1i v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi th\u01b0\u1eddng 85\u201390% nh\u1edd gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb ph\u1ebf cao v\u00e0 h\u1ec7 sinh th\u00e1i t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf kim lo\u1ea1i ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox 100% c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf, gi\u1eef nguy\u00ean gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb h\u1ee3p kim (Cr, Ni, Mo) sau t\u00e1i ch\u1ebf.<br \/>\n&#8211; Module D c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ghi nh\u1eadn l\u1ee3i \u00edch thay th\u1ebf nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u s\u01a1 c\u1ea5p (primary) b\u1eb1ng ph\u1ebf, gi\u00fap gi\u1ea3m GWP v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi r\u00f2ng.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-3-so-lieu-dien-hinh-phat-thai-cho-inox-304316\">S\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh: ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i cho inox 304\/316<\/h2>\n<p>L\u01b0u \u00fd: Gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb thay \u0111\u1ed5i theo nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ebf, n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 quy t\u1eafc t\u00ednh.
