Kh\u00f4ng nhi\u1ec5m t\u1eeb (c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 h\u01a1i nhi\u1ec5m t\u1eeb sau c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i). Kh\u00f4ng h\u00f3a b\u1ec1n b\u1eb1ng t\u00f4i, ch\u1ec9 t\u0103ng b\u1ec1n b\u1eb1ng bi\u1ebfn c\u1ee9ng ngu\u1ed9i.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ferritic: n\u1ec1n ferrit (BCC), Cr 10,5\u201330%, C r\u1ea5t th\u1ea5p, h\u1ea7u nh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng Ni. Nhi\u1ec5m t\u1eeb. H\u00f3a b\u1ec1n gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n, kh\u00f4ng t\u00f4i c\u1ee9ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; Martensitic: c\u00f3 C cao h\u01a1n (0,1\u20131,2%), Cr 11,5\u201318% (c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u00f3 Ni 1\u20132,5%). T\u00f4i ram \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c, \u0111\u1ed9 c\u1ee9ng\/\u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n r\u1ea5t cao, nhi\u1ec5m t\u1eeb.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e1c ti\u00eau ch\u00ed k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt khi ch\u1ecdn:<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0103n m\u00f2n: clorua, axit\/baz\u01a1, \u1ea9m\/kh\u00f4, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9.<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u01a1 t\u00ednh: gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n ch\u1ea3y, \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n k\u00e9o, \u0111\u1ed9 c\u1ee9ng, \u0111\u1ed9 dai va \u0111\u1eadp.<br \/>\n&#8211; Th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh: 18Cr\u20138Ni (AISI 304), 17Cr\u201310Ni\u20132Mo (AISI 316).<br \/>\n&#8211; Pha n\u1ec1n austenit (FCC) \u1edf nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00f2ng \u2192 d\u1ebbo dai cao, kh\u00f4ng nhi\u1ec5m t\u1eeb (c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nhi\u1ec5m t\u1eeb nh\u1eb9 sau bi\u1ebfn c\u1ee9ng ngu\u1ed9i).<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u00e1c nguy\u00ean t\u1ed1 h\u1ee3p kim h\u00f3a ch\u00ednh: Cr (t\u1ea1o th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u00f3a), Ni (\u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh austenit), Mo (t\u0103ng ch\u1ed1ng r\u1ed7 do clorua), N (t\u0103ng b\u1ec1n v\u00e0 ch\u1ed1ng r\u1ed7), Mn (thay th\u1ebf m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n Ni \u1edf m\u00e1c kinh t\u1ebf nh\u01b0 201\/202).<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t n\u1ed5i b\u1eadt<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Ch\u1ed1ng \u0103n m\u00f2n: r\u1ea5t t\u1ed1t trong n\u01b0\u1edbc ng\u1ecdt, kh\u00ed quy\u1ec3n, th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m; 316\/316L v\u01b0\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u00f3 clorua so v\u1edbi 304\/304L.<br \/>\n&#8211; SCC (\u0103n m\u00f2n n\u1ee9t \u1ee9ng su\u1ea5t do clorua): nh\u1ea1y \u1edf >60 \u00b0C; ferritic ch\u1ecbu SCC t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n.<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u01a1 t\u00ednh (tr\u1ea1ng th\u00e1i \u1ee7\/\u0111\u00fang ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n): Rp0.2 \u2248 200\u2013300 MPa; Rm \u2248 500\u2013750 MPa; \u0111\u1ed9 d\u1ebbo cao (A50 > 40%).<br \/>\n&#8211; Nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c: t\u1ed1t \u1edf nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p (\u0111\u1ed9 dai cryogenic), ch\u1ecbu \u00f4xy h\u00f3a \u0111\u1ebfn ~870 \u00b0C (gi\u00e1n \u0111o\u1ea1n) v\u1edbi m\u00e1c ch\u1ecbu nhi\u1ec7t nh\u01b0 310\/310S.<br \/>\n&#8211; Gia c\u00f4ng: t\u1ea1o h\u00ecnh ngu\u1ed9i r\u1ea5t t\u1ed1t, nh\u01b0ng h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 h\u00f3a b\u1ec1n ngu\u1ed9i cao \u2192 c\u1ea7n ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t l\u1ef1c\/khu\u00f4n; gia c\u00f4ng c\u1eaft g\u1ecdt trung b\u00ecnh; h\u00e0n r\u1ea5t t\u1ed1t (\u01b0u ti\u00ean m\u00e1c L \u22640,03%C \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh k\u1ebft t\u1ee7a Cr-carbide).<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u1eeb t\u00ednh: kh\u00f4ng ho\u1eb7c r\u1ea5t y\u1ebfu; sau c\u00e1n ngu\u1ed9i c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 h\u00fat nam ch\u00e2m nh\u1eb9.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e1c ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn \u2013 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 304\/304L (EN 1.4301\/1.4307, ASTM A240\/A276): b\u1ed3n b\u1ec3, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ed1ng, \u0111\u1ed3 b\u1ebfp, k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u trang tr\u00ed trong nh\u00e0\/ngo\u00e0i tr\u1eddi \u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb.<br \/>\n&#8211; 316\/316L (EN 1.4401\/1.4404): m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng ven bi\u1ec3n, h\u1ed3 b\u01a1i, c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m\u2013d\u01b0\u1ee3c, h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t nh\u1eb9.<br \/>\n&#8211; 201\/202 (Mn\u2013N thay Ni): chi ph\u00ed th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n; ch\u1ec9 n\u00ean d\u00f9ng n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t kh\u00f4\/\u00edt clorua.<br \/>\n&#8211; 321 (Ti \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh) \/ 347 (Nb \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh): ch\u1ecbu nhi\u1ec7t, ch\u1ed1ng nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m h\u00f3a (sensitization) t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n khi h\u00e0n\/l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c \u1edf 500\u2013850 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n&#8211; 310\/310S: ch\u1ecbu \u00f4xy h\u00f3a cao nhi\u1ec7t.<\/p>\n<h3>\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; D\u00e2y chuy\u1ec1n th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m, b\u1ed3n khu\u1ea5y, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ed1ng CIP, lan can cao c\u1ea5p, thang m\u00e1y. 316\/316L khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb cho ven bi\u1ec3n, x\u01b0\u1edfng mu\u1ed1i, th\u1ee7y s\u1ea3n.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-2-ho-ferritic-kinh-te-nhiem-tu-chong-scc-tot\">H\u1ecd Ferritic: kinh t\u1ebf, nhi\u1ec5m t\u1eeb, ch\u1ed1ng SCC t\u1ed1t<\/h2>\n<h3>Th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n \u2013 vi kim \u2013 nh\u1eadn di\u1ec7n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 10,5\u201330% Cr, C r\u1ea5t th\u1ea5p; n\u1ec1n ferrit (BCC) \u2192 nhi\u1ec5m t\u1eeb, h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 gi\u00e3n n\u1edf th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n austenitic.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ee9a ho\u1eb7c r\u1ea5t \u00edt Ni \u2192 gi\u00e1 \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u01a1n.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t n\u1ed5i b\u1eadt<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Ch\u1ed1ng \u0103n m\u00f2n: t\u1eeb trung b\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ebfn kh\u00e1; t\u1ed1t trong kh\u00ed quy\u1ec3n kh\u00f4, n\u01b0\u1edbc ng\u1ecdt; m\u00e1c c\u00f3 Mo (444) ch\u1ecbu r\u1ed7 t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n. PREN \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh: 430 \u2248 16; 444 \u2248 23.<br \/>\n&#8211; SCC: kh\u00e1ng SCC clorua t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n austenitic.<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u01a1 t\u00ednh: Rp0.2 \u2248 240\u2013330 MPa; Rm \u2248 430\u2013600 MPa; \u0111\u1ed9 dai th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n austenitic, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t \u1edf nhi\u1ec7t th\u1ea5p.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u00e0n: nh\u1ea1y gi\u00f2n v\u00f9ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng nhi\u1ec7t (HAZ) n\u1ebfu C\/N cao; d\u00f9ng m\u00e1c si\u00eau th\u1ea5p C+N, \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh Ti\/Nb (439\/441\/444), ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o, nhi\u1ec7t gi\u1eefa l\u1edbp <150\u2013175 \u00b0C. Filler austenitic (308L\/309L) th\u01b0\u1eddng gi\u00fap gi\u1ea3m n\u1ee9t.\n- Gia c\u00f4ng: t\u1ea1o h\u00ecnh ngu\u1ed9i trung b\u00ecnh; \u0111\u00e1nh b\u00f3ng b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t trang tr\u00ed t\u1ed1t; c\u1eaft g\u1ecdt d\u1ec5 h\u01a1n austenitic.\n\n\n\n<h3>M\u00e1c ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn \u2013 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 430 (EN 1.4016): v\u1ecf m\u00e1y, trang tr\u00ed n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t, t\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec7n trong nh\u00e0, \u0111\u1ed3 gia d\u1ee5ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; 409\/409L (EN 1.4512): h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng x\u1ea3 \u00f4 t\u00f4, \u1ed1ng kh\u00f3i, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 trung b\u00ecnh\u2013cao.<br \/>\n&#8211; 439\/441 (\u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh Ti\/Nb): t\u1ea5m \u00f4 t\u00f4, \u1ed1ng trao \u0111\u1ed5i nhi\u1ec7t, b\u1ed3n n\u01b0\u1edbc n\u00f3ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; 444 (Mo, \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh): n\u01b0\u1edbc n\u00f3ng\u2013clorua nh\u1eb9, b\u00ecnh ch\u1ee9a n\u01b0\u1edbc, b\u1ed9 trao \u0111\u1ed5i nhi\u1ec7t.<\/p>\n<h3>\u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Thang m\u00e1y n\u1ed9i th\u1ea5t, v\u1ecf t\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec7n, \u1ed1ng kh\u00f3i c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p, \u1ed1p trang tr\u00ed, chi ti\u1ebft \u00f4 t\u00f4. 444 d\u00f9ng cho b\u00ecnh n\u01b0\u1edbc n\u00f3ng\/n\u01b0\u1edbc m\u00e1y c\u00f3 clorua nh\u1eb9.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"toc-3-ho-martensitic-uu-tien-do-cung-va-mai-mon\">H\u1ecd Martensitic: \u01b0u ti\u00ean \u0111\u1ed9 c\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 m\u00e0i m\u00f2n<\/h2>\n<h3>Th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n \u2013 vi kim \u2013 nh\u1eadn di\u1ec7n<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 11,5\u201318% Cr, C cao; sau austenit h\u00f3a v\u00e0 t\u00f4i \u2192 n\u1ec1n martensit (BCT) c\u1ee9ng; c\u1ea7n ram \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng b\u1ec1n\u2013dai.<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 b\u1ed5 sung Ni 1\u20132,5% (431) \u0111\u1ec3 t\u0103ng dai.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t n\u1ed5i b\u1eadt<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u1ed9 c\u1ee9ng\/\u0111\u1ed9 b\u1ec1n r\u1ea5t cao: 410\/420 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t 35\u201355 HRC; 440B\/C l\u00ean t\u1edbi ~58\u201360 HRC.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ch\u1ed1ng \u0103n m\u00f2n: th\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ebfn trung b\u00ecnh; k\u00e9m h\u01a1n 304\/430; b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t c\u1ea7n b\u1ea3o d\u01b0\u1ee1ng ho\u1eb7c ph\u1ee7 d\u1ea7u khi t\u1ed3n kho.<br \/>\n&#8211; H\u00e0n: kh\u00f3 h\u00e0n; b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c ti\u1ec1n nhi\u1ec7t (150\u2013300 \u00b0C) v\u00e0 ram gi\u1ea3m \u1ee9ng su\u1ea5t (600\u2013750 \u00b0C).
