Ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t khe h\u1edf, v\u1ec7 sinh mu\u1ed1i.<br \/>\n&#8211; SCC (\u0103n m\u00f2n \u1ee9ng su\u1ea5t): austenitic c\u00f3 nguy c\u01a1 trong Cl\u2013 \u1edf T > 60\u00b0C; duplex \u00edt nh\u1ea1y h\u01a1n; th\u00e9p carbon nh\u1ea1y SCC trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng H2S\/ki\u1ec1m nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ecbnh.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0102n m\u00f2n \u0111i\u1ec7n h\u00f3a (galvanic): tr\u00e1nh gh\u00e9p inox v\u1edbi th\u00e9p carbon\/nh\u00f4m trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ea9m m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00e1ch \u0111i\u1ec7n; \u01b0u ti\u00ean bul\u00f4ng inox \u0111\u1ed3ng c\u1ea5p ho\u1eb7c c\u00e1ch ly b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t.<\/p>\n<h3>H\u00e0n v\u00e0 nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m h\u1ea1t<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Inox austenitic c\u00f3 nguy c\u01a1 \u201csensitization\u201d (t\u1ea1o Cr-carbide \u1edf 450\u2013850\u00b0C) \u2192 gi\u1ea3m ch\u1ed1ng g\u1ec9 v\u00f9ng HAZ. D\u00f9ng m\u00e1c L (C \u2264 0.03%), que h\u00e0n ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p, l\u00e0m s\u1ea1ch, pickling + passivation sau h\u00e0n.<br \/>\n&#8211; Th\u00e9p carbon: v\u00f9ng h\u00e0n c\u1ea7n s\u01a1n\/galvanize ph\u1ee5c h\u1ed3i; th\u00e9p C cao\/\u0111\u1ed9 d\u00e0y l\u1edbn c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u1ea7n preheat v\u00e0 PWHT \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh n\u1ee9t ngu\u1ed9i.<\/p>\n<p>K\u1ebft lu\u1eadn \u0103n m\u00f2n: Trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ea9m, chloride ho\u1eb7c h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t, inox \u0111\u00fang m\u00e1c s\u1ebd th\u1eafng tuy\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1ec1 ch\u1ed1ng g\u1ec9 v\u00e0 \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t.
