L\u01b0u \u00fd an to\u00e0n kh\u00f3i ZnO.<br \/>\n  \u2022 Inox: khuy\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb d\u00f9ng 304L\/316L h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m ho\u00e1 (sensitization), x\u1eed l\u00fd pickling\/passivation sau h\u00e0n \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u1ee5c h\u1ed3i l\u1edbp th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng.<br \/>\n&#8211; Gia c\u00f4ng b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t:<br \/>\n  \u2022 Inox c\u1ea7n ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p (No.4, 2B, BA, electropolish) \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m tea staining, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t ven bi\u1ec3n.<br \/>\n  \u2022 M\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm nh\u00fang n\u00f3ng b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t s\u1ea7n \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u01b0ng; mu\u1ed1n th\u1ea9m m\u1ef9 cao th\u01b0\u1eddng s\u01a1n ph\u1ee7 (h\u1ec7 duplex: k\u1ebdm + s\u01a1n).<\/p>\n<h3>4) B\u1ea3o tr\u00ec v\u00e0 th\u1ea9m m\u1ef9<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; M\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm: c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ed5i m\u00e0u, x\u1ec9n theo th\u1eddi gian; c\u1ea7n ki\u1ec3m tra \u0111i\u1ec3m t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng, s\u01a1n gi\u00e0u k\u1ebdm\/epoxy khi c\u1ea7n. \u1ede C5 th\u01b0\u1eddng ph\u1ea3i s\u01a1n ph\u1ee7 ngay t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ea7u \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd mong mu\u1ed1n (h\u1ec7 duplex theo ISO 12944).<br \/>\n&#8211; Inox: ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu v\u1ec7 sinh (r\u1eeda n\u01b0\u1edbc ng\u1ecdt\/ho\u00e1 ch\u1ea5t nh\u1eb9 \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3). Tr\u00e1nh \u0111\u1ecdng mu\u1ed1i\/b\u1ee5i c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p v\u00e0 khe h\u1ed1c gi\u1eef \u1ea9m. \u1ede v\u00f9ng bi\u1ec3n, t\u1ea7n su\u1ea5t r\u1eeda 1\u20134 tu\u1ea7n\/l\u1ea7n cho b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t trang tr\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>5) Chi ph\u00ed v\u00f2ng \u0111\u1eddi (LCC)<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Chi ph\u00ed \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 ban \u0111\u1ea7u: m\u1ea1 k\u1ebdm th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 so v\u1edbi inox 304\/316 cho c\u00f9ng k\u1ebft c\u1ea5u.<br \/>\n&#8211; Chi ph\u00ed v\u1eadn h\u00e0nh\/b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec: inox th\u1ea5p (ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu v\u1ec7 sinh).
